What makes you say I am going to say positive things about 50 cycles? I am just keeping the people informed here.

New company --> https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12193297/filing-history

A liquidator has been appointed, and I am very curious to see if Scott is talking inventory that should belong to his bankrupt company and selling it for crypto before the liquidator comes and claims it.

Most likely items grabbed and taken home from the premises by staff/owners before recievers did a stock inventory

Once had my motorcycle in for a routine service at a dealers that went unexpectedly bust -- luckily one of the staff rang me up and warned me to quickly come and remove my bike before it got locked up at the shop at the end of the day and taken away as being part of bankrupt stock.
I have recently visited the 50cycles premises in Loughborough and saw both new and used bikes with name tags on the handlebars. The same bike I viewed was offered on eBay by cutielaura and bikegear32.

Somebody / people needs to inform the authorities.

I wouldn't want to see the day when liquidators use Ebay on behalf of HMRC and creditors.
Charity shops regularly use ebay to get best price on certain items. The job of the liquidator is to get the maximum out of assets on behalf of all stakeholders, including HMRC and other creditors. Like it or not (I don't either), wouldn't it be dereliction of duty not to use ebay if there was good reason to believe that would get the best return?

the thing that mystified me a little bit is in this day and age, most accounting, including profit and loss analysis, is done monthly if not weekly on a computer. It's no more demanding than pressing a button. You can't rack up such losses without someone notices.

Incompetence on the part of the directors, but no doubt blamed on the staff.

That's the Kalkhoff BS10 I got my deposit back once I discovered , through this forum , that it was a S class bike. Certainly was not that price then.
