Install torque sensor.

When pedaling, the engine is activated, but it turns in false, it does not transfer the power to the wheel.

This happens when I pedal or use the accelerator. The engine starts and makes a running noise, but the wheel does not turn.

Any suggestion ?

Information:

The seller informed that the new kit was for the bafang engine, so I asked here if there were communication protocols with the engine.

Is there really a mismatch?

The engine starts and makes noise, but there is no force on the wheel. It seems that some feature to give the wheel traction does not work.

Motor connectors are the same, plug and play, but how do you know the pin sequence is correct?

Motor connection sequence on the 9 pin motor connector are std and don't differ it is the only bit of wiring that is generic. I have used Bafang, AKM, Yose and MXUS all are the same.
What may differ is the phase sync and the controller may not be reading it correctly, does the lcd display have a setting to change the phase parameter ?

For instance some of the crappy controllers use learn wires and the KT lcds can change the phase sync in the settings.

Describe the noise, if it is is an electric cracking noise then it is phase out of sync and one will damage the controller riding like so.

it is not cracking noise.
The noise same electric motor.

my display is p850c, it doesn't have these options in Advanced.

if I keep accelerating for a while, even without the wheel turning, error 21H appears but i believe that 21h is because it is not increasing the speed.

Do you have an email to send you the video? it really looks like it's phase the problem.

is it possible to update the display firmware to have advanced options?

inside the controller may have phase configuration jumpers?

It's not the same, see the manual you sent me for the p850c and Advanced Settings doesn't have the same settings as the 850c.

The file opened but I couldn't hear anything.
I can only suggest it is a set up issue or the system needs a factory reset/restore in the settings.
I think I mentioned it early in the thread, I just don't see much point in trying a TS system on a hub motor.

Thank you very much. With your help I identified the correct wire sequence.

I cut the wiring and assembled it with the new sequence.

Now it's working.

My engine was running backwards, and due to the clutch it was running but not turning the wheel anywhere.

In the document you sent, there is a scenario like this.

Ao perguntar ao fornecedor do controlador/display se era compatível com meu mecanismo atual, eles me perguntaram se o protocolo do mecanismo é 5.0.

Não encontrei a informação. Não sei se o controlador ANANDA MC5-B0 é protocolo 5.0 e não sei se o motor é protocolo 5.0.

Como posso encontrar esta informação?

Hi,

With the torque sensor it is very different.

You need to apply force to the pedal to start receiving electrical assistance. If you pedal without power, no electrical assistance is applied.

Normally the panel shows help from 80w to 120w. If you pedal standing up, applying a lot of force, you can see 200w, 250w assist.

When using the throttle, powers between 300w and 400w are used.

In my opinion, the torque sensor could be more sensitive or have an adjustment. When I don't have the expected assistance, I use the throttle.

I believe that using between 80w and 120w the autonomy will increase, but I rarely use the bike.
