Clearly been manipulated or those taking part werent asked that precise question.
Good point. Maybe in the survey all the previous questions were about people breaking into houses, stealing stuff and doing violence, or whoever conduct the survey gave a spiel about those things before asking the questions. It's easier to do your own one with family and friends, and I can guarantee there won't be many that want government surveillance in their homes. On the other hand, a lot of people seem to like those Alexa devices that are monitored by whoever.

Child intimidated to death.
Errr - no. Another hooligan took off, lost the cops up an alleyway and killed himself by driving into another vehicle. People like you want to live in a Mad Max kind of dystopia where morons do as they like and prey on the rest of us. The more rope you give the likes of these 'characters' the worse they get. Don't ask me how I know.

Your sympathies say a lot about you. Rap sheet two yards long I guess.

Another point. One time, I rode my bike at about 10 mph straight into a concrete bollard, which was below my line of sight. I went straight over the handlebars, but I was unhurt. I weighed about 105kg at the time. My bike was fine - not even a scratch. That bike in the photo has had its front wheel smashed out of the forks and the forks are bent at the lower yoke, and it didn't hit anything as solid a a concrete pillar. You should therefore be able to figure out something about the speed. I'm going to say that it was a lot more than 10 mph, based on my experience.

those bikes have thru axles on the front so will need a massive impact to snap one of those.

The more of these drug mules/hooligans who kill themselves with those bikes , then the safer it will be for others.

Yes. This needs saying, and loudly.

1. This was no 'electric bike', in the way understood by this forum or the law. It was a high speed electric moped at the least, in terms of its power.

2. This was no 'child' in the sense that the buffoon above referred to him. He was a delinquent hoodlum. The more these creatures 'off themselves', the better.

3. The Police show interest and follow these criminals, because that is exactly what they are, and we pay the police to sort these people out. There is no evidence whatsoever that the police did anything wrong.

Remember what was happening in London when moped robbers thought they had cart blanch to do as they liked and would not be pursued if they rode without helmets? They were robbing pizza delivery lads of their motor bikes. snatching phones, using machetes on any who resisted. Then the police stopped pussyfooting around and started knocking them off their mopeds when they didn't stop. The problem stopped right away.

Are you familiar with the notion of 'diversion'?

It is a tactic used by argumentative folk who have lost the argument. What you do is slide the thread in another direction. The question of American, Southern States historic bad policy, has nothing to do with delinquents in the UK crashing their motorbikes when fleeing police attention. I am not in possession of any information about race, or sterilisation in these UK cases. Your post is an irrelevant diversion.

this is the link to his graph
Child poverty rates are projected to increase to 5.2 million by 2022.

Fact checking claims about child poverty | Children's Commissioner for England (childrenscommissioner.gov.uk)

His graph is a bit confusing, it is supposed to illustrate Relative poverty rates based on incomes after housing costs

The plots are the relative pecentages of those classified as poor among the population as a whole.
I think the definition is a bit too wide, you are poor if your household income is less than 60% of the average.

As I remarked before, it's Lenny who is confused. He was replying to my comment on his inappropriate suggestion that eugenics were in play in the thread subject responses.

His thesis of poverty is even more ridiculous in the context of school age teens owing and riding circa £4K off road motorcycles. And that is without mentioning the overpriced fashion brands they almost all wear and the smartphones they possess.
