Hi, am new but do have. SCHIANO emoon.

I noticed the comments on CAN coms. I have two batteries and both work. Is that normal for CAN? I would like to upgrade for a bigger battery and wonder how difficult that would be if CAN?

Also, the Nexus 7 version the stronger ebike version SG-C3001-7D obviously will be near bullet proof with a front motor. But the mention of it being 9 speed is puzzling. Can anyone expand further?
The E-moon is 7-speed and the cheaper E-Ville is 3 speed. I doubt that bikes in that price range have CAN comms. If ever you're unsure, look inside the battery connector on the bike. If it has two wires, there are no comms.

I referenced the exact 7 speed internal hub on my bike, in order to pose a question on the strange looking cross reference to it being a 'bypassed'9 speed hub. At the moment I will assume the poster had confused research.

My main question was to the reference to CAN bus and its implications for upgrading my 36V 13.5Ah battery

Just noticed there is an Amzon special on the 7 speed Nexus. £534.87

Clearly not the world's best ebike, but could be just right for some people.
Sensibly for the price it doesn't include front suspension.
It's disappointing that these "women's" bikes have 28" wheels and high up rack batteries. Great for Amazonians, but not so good for UK women, and I doubt that most Chinese women could reach the handlebars.

Rack can be lowered down.

How about a split battery mounted low under both chainstays?

This is just on one, looks like a hearing aid for giants:

Of course not, be serious... but on picture rack is in highest position.
It will at most drop 3/4" - 1" before the light bracket or the rear frame pushes the mud guard on to the tyre.
