I didnt have time to put it together,i will saturday .Im trying to learn and asking lots of questions .

Is there a spline or hex inside the hole? Your photo is too dark to see. What size axle is it?

I think im wasting my time ,it must be the controller .

This looks like the version you have. he got the number of balls wrong - one too many in the inner race and one short in the outer:

My wheel is brand new.I swapped the wheel for another and the problem still persist ,im getting fed up with it now.I will look up checking the controller with a multimeter and see if its the controller .Maybe its the gear the clutch sits in though it looked ok to me .

You didn't need to remove the potting. You test through the wires.

Measure the resistance between each phase wire and the battery positive, then repeat for the battery negative to get 6 measurements. each group of three should be the same as each other and in the range 7k to 24k or thereabouts.

The other thing you should test is the hall wire connector. it has white rubber stuff to hold it in, but sometimes they don't plug it in properly before they put the white stuff on.

Thank you give me a clue how i do t his ?.The phase wires are the yellow,blue, and green is that correct? I have my meter what setting do i put it on ?

Set it to 200K resistance. Phase wires are the green, yellow and blue thick wires.

I checked the main harnes connection and only got an output on 1 +3
