France has a huge reserve of hydrogen in Lorraine, under the old disused coal mines. The uk should have similar deposits.
You dirty old man. Does Hatti know? Anyway, the problem is the methanethiol and dimethyl sulfide. The smell is too unbearable when you're trying to separate the hydrogen. It's better when she's been eating red meat, but don't go near her when it's brussel sprouts.

That's the natural way. It's all explained in the video above. What you see isn't real because most of what happens is excluded from your perception.

My Dad was in the frontlines during WW2. He got shot within a week the first time. He came back to get fixed, then when he went back, he was captured within a week and spent 2 years as a POW, while my Mum was bombed every night in London. If they could deal with that, you should have no problem dealing with Trump's hurty words. Just pull yourself together, take a few breaths and think about puppies or kittens playing. That will help you get through this difficult period. Just remember that all problems go away with time. Things might seem bad now, but in a few years, you'll look back and wonder why you were worrying so much.
I make sure I have looked at the full range of information sources, including Fox News which I looked over already today. Unlike you sir, I don't advocate shutting down news and describing it as some sort of toxic pond - to be avoided. I'm sorry that your father had a bad time - and your mum. That generation knew a lot of privation. My family too, though in that generation no one got shot. My grandfather however was shot in the chest and received shrapnel wounds to his leg, on the first day of the Somme. He was one of the lucky ones in his battalion. Nobody but you suggested there was any comparison in the mayhem that will come from Trump's stupid braggadocio, and pi ss ing contest with WW2. It won't hurt me at all in any way I can think of because I don't owe anyone anything and my income sources will be reliable. That doesn't mean that a large number of people won't lose jobs, income and won't be hurt badly by higher interest rates.

I don't know if you heard extracts from his vile speech last night, the one where once again the wretched man 'bigged' himself up and mimicked the world leaders who are supposed to be begging him for relief. It is my firm view, that anybody with an ounce of common sense would be revolted by that kind of bragging talk.

Is your income inflation proof? What happens to it when the pound collapses. Look what happened in Venezuela. From Wiki. Does this sound familiar?
"The government failed to cut spending in the face of falling oil revenues, denied the existence of a crisis,[11] and violently repressed opposition. "

From google AI:
"In recent years, Venezuela has experienced extremely high inflation, reaching a peak of 1,300,000% annually in 2018. While inflation has since slowed, it remains significantly high,"

Personally, I'd feel a lot safer if I were an American living in USA under Trump, than I do here, but at least most of my income and wealth is as inflation proof as it can be.

Nevermind our own inflation.
Trump wants to devalue the dollar to make Chinese goods less competitive.
Inflation in the USA will hit the roof if all the locals can buy is made locally.
Congress is trying to pass a law that limits Trump's tariffs to 60 days then they need congress' vote to extend. The problem with maga voters is too many of them (about 37% of the population) still believe that foreigners are paying tariffs.

I don't think it will because he's cutting spending and waste, and at the same time increasing productivity. Our government is increasing spending and waste, and at the same time cutting nearly everything that makes income, like energy and manufacturing. If your buisness reduced its sales, took on extra staff and started spending money on training for gay rights and other DEI stuff, while you went on frequent trips to China, Taiwan and India. How long would it last?

Cutting waste? What those sacked employees are going to do after spending their garden leave? Claim social security? I reckon Trump will put 100,000 - 150,000 on the dole each month from his tariffs alone because of retaliations. As for productivity, I watched with disbelief either the secretary of commerce or Trump's business advisor on Fox News saying that American workers should rejoice because soon they will put those small screws on Apple iPhone instead of Chinese 'peasants'. They obviously don't live in the same country as those lucky American workers.

No, he's stopped all the billions that the government have been sending to NGOs. They've cancelled all the payments to the millions of national insurance numbers that don't belong to real people, and sacked all the government workers, who don't turn up for work. the dole payments for all those people are going to be less than their salaries. Your figures are just plucked out of the air. Did you get them from the BBC or make them up yourself?

Forbes estimated 5.6 million manufacturing jobs will be lost, more than 1. 5 million a year.

You have to count the new jobs as well as the lost ones to see what the overall situation is. It's like your business: There is income and there are expenses. You only know whether it's a success when you compare the two. You're doing the same as the other guy - just picking the bits that suit you. Now answer this question. How many new jobs do you think are going to come from the expected $6 trillion investment in USA as a result of the tarrifs?

BTW, since Trump announced his tarrifs, employment went up by 228,000 already, not down! Do you want to have a bet on whether April will be positive or negative?
