Notice the number of people who previously worked for Trump. In total 237, to J.Biden's 26 in his tenure.
The quantity is completely irrelevant. The only thing that matters is whether those guys deserved to be pardoned. Hunter Biden was caught with a firearm when he was banned from having one because he was a self -confessed drug addiction. Under US law, that gives an automatic jail sentence.

That's without even considering his Burisma dealings and the sacking of the special prosecutor after Joe Biden threatened Ukraine, then boasted on TV about getting the guy sacked.

Telling porkie pies on the gun application isnt really a big a deal as you seem to think, and the majority of the time it ends in probation or a small fine. In fact jail time is pretty unusual. So 17 years ?? thats pretty extreme, given he isnt a seasoned career criminal.

Trump has just picked Charles Kushner as his ambassador for France, the father of his daughters husband, and someone whom he pardoned from his conviction over tax evasion, campaign finance offences and witness tampering. And for all that he was sentenced to 2 years, not the 17. A bit unequal there dont you think ?

All of which is a tad more serious that telling porkie pies on a gun application.

As to who may or may not have deserved a presidential pardon, amongst the Trump list are the perpetrators of the Nisour Square massacre.
The private security group opened up and murdered 17 Iraqi civilians, wounding a further 20. The dead included two young children aged 9 and 11, the oldest was 77.
They were convicted of voluntary manslaughter and one got life, the others between 12.5 and 15 years.
Short sentencing for so many murders. But all pardoned anyway.
And that is one of several cases of murder carried out by the US military, all tried, convicted, sentenced and pardoned

It is ridiculous to suggest the sentencing of Hunter Biden was anything other than a political show trial aimed at hurting his fathers career.

you could apply the same ethical criteria to the Trump family. There are plenty of horror stories on the net from the opposing side.
The American system is corrupted to the core, the same billionaires support both sides so the result of the election does not matter to them, they win either way. Joe Biden will come down in history as the poorest president of the USA in recent times, so presumably the least corrupted.

Trump can't do anything against the bidens. US supreme court gives them presidential immunity.

  • President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden have an estimated net worth of $10 million, according to Forbes.

In addition to the gun possession trial, federal prosecutors have also charged Hunter with evading $1.4 million in tax payments. That trial is expected to take place in September. The indictment lists nine different counts related to tax evasion, carrying a maximum penalty of 17 years in prison

The indictment alleges that Hunter “spent millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills” and that he “willfully failed to pay his 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 taxes on time, despite having access to funds to pay some or all of these taxes.”
