"Another change brought about by the Electoral Reform Act 2022 was the eligibility for those with a *mental illness* or disability to apply for a Postal vote."
That explains a Lot!
(They must've spent a lot on stamps?) :p

I vote by post for about 10 years now.
As far as I am concerned, postal votes are equally valid. They are more convenient for the voters.

BBC Media Action is most definitely a charity. Here is the details from the Charity Commission https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/en/charity-search/-/charity-details/3952578

It’s utterly bizarre that you have such a problem with facts.
Why did USA cut off the funding then? It's because they use the money to bribe media organisations to spread their communist propaganda and try to influence elections so that the guys in their club can get voted in.

Any intelligent person can see how it works. If the media companies take money directly from individual's donations, anyone would say it's buying influence, which would make the media company look biased. Instead, they set up a stream of middle-men with names like "Honest Media, Fair News" or anything like that. The people and organisations that want to buy influence then donate to the middle-men, which looks like they're doing a good thing to sponsor an honest cause. The middle-men then pass it on to the media companies, so it looks like the donations are to sponsor fair news and the media is getting their sponsorship from honest sources. The thing is, it's been working unquestioned for years because 95% of people are like you and not clever enough to see it for what it is.

with the feed in tariff you get paid half of what is generated and lasts 20 years from when it was installed in 2015.
so buy 2035 all ill get paid for is the export fee!

so if you have a inverter that's fatly as long as the generated export meter goes round and sends the reading via sim card they get there money.

so solar panels wont save me jack esp as had to have a new inverter anyway so like everything renewable bin it and buy it again :p

they dont even clean the fkn things let alone service them, i did and it was fooked with dead caps at 300v so got new inverter :p

You don’t seem much of a fan of democracy. Here in the UK everyone can now vote by post. You don’t have to provide any justification as to why you need a postal vote.

Almost everyone.

I tried it.

Had a letter from a returning officer saying he didn't accept that my signature was a sufficient match to the sample submitted when I registered, so my vote was being disallowed.

So, having been on that particular electoral list for over half a century, I kicked up a sustained fuss, pointing out that they had created the problem by the space for a sample signature on the registration application being completely and unnecessarily inadequate, then insisted on being returned to in-person voting for that election, despite being beyond the time limit for that change.

They gave in, probably having to reprint the list for that polling station, serve them right, pompous, racist gits, so my in-person vote defiantly went in on the day.

All our worries about electricity costs are over. This new device has a payback of about three years, then you get free electricity.

Apparently demand is so high that their website has been overloaded; however a deep search using Grok will find some contact details. I rang the guy and had a discussion with him, during which I said £4000 was a big outlay for something that might not work as well as they say it does. He gave me a solution I couldn't refuse. He gave me a friend's (of him) phone number, who is having some trouble getting his cash out of Nigeria. All I had to do is pay $300 for the cost of the transfer, and he's transferring £500,000 to my bank. I can take £4000 for myself to pay for the Magmov, then send the remaining £496K to his bank account in UK. We all win. The guy in Nigeria is a Prince being hunted by ISWA, so he needs to get out quick
