Well I knew if I messed about a bit more with this PA disc and sensor, it would give me much more space on the BB spindle to make sure pedal crank arm goes all way on, which obvious due to the PA large disc, it could only go so far, actuially I do believe someone here did say try placing the PA sensor some where else so its not stopping the PA disc from going close to frame on BB spindle, well I do apologise to who ever that person was as it took a while very awkward but I have now managed to place PA sensor on seat post, as in images, and bingo PA disc is now fully on BB spindle no gaps behind it, so now there is much more space on the BB spindle to fit pedal crank arm. just got to tidy up the wires. I may need to adjust sensor position so its aligned with magnets on PA disc, tidy up wires. hopefully PA will still work ok

The disc must not touch the frame tube, otherwise it won't rotate with the pedal
