please feel free to let me know which Bosch bikes you have. And which you think are best for steep hills, lightest weight, no silly walkthrough frame and ideally under £1500 and can be delivered. MOh and cycle to work for £1000 and I pay rest. X. ideally that Scott or similar quality and price?

Regarding steep hills crank drives are definately the best, most Bosch models should meet your requirements regardless of brand (e.g. Scott, AVE etc). The lightweight bikes tend to have no mudguards or rear rack. Although most crank drives are between 20kg and 24kg even with mudguards and rear rack.

Cheapest ave is £1799 with 5% discount would still be over £1500. Best we could do would be a KTM Macina Cross 300 which would work out as £1600 weights 20.7kg.

There is a 46cm crossbar frame available within a few days. The lowstep version (i.e. similar design to AVE TH-9 on our website) is not available for several weeks.
