I'm pretty sure Sports HQ are the importers/brand owners of Cyclamatic ebikes. Their website is here, with contact phone/address on their "contacts" page:

The fact two charges don't work is a bit strange and suggest the issue may lie with the battery.
Firstly a digital meter (<£10) is needed to test the battery and charger voltage.

Plug the chargers in to the wall and switch on, a meter will then tell you the voltage at the output DC connector. If no voltage is registered then an internal charge fuse (if fitted is blown) or the fuse in the main plug has blown.
24V charger should give a reading of 29.4v and a 36v charger should give a reading of 42v.

Like wise check the battery discharge output with a meter to confirm the voltage registering. If the battery cells are out of balance or the any cell group voltage is low then the internal electronic PCB ( The BMS) will not allow charging to commence.

Simply saying the battery is fine doesn't carry much value with out definite voltage readings offered.
