Hi
Not quite sure what this does
Is the idea to clamp this onto seat and handlebar stems to create a crossbar?

Thanks
I believe that this would be to create a crossbar for bikes without to aid clamping for servicing purposes and allow supporting from closer to the centre of gravity with a stand.

Hi
Do you have another link
I get "Product not found" with that one and searching there site can't find anything
Thanks
The link did work last week, it would seem that they have sold out and removed it from stock and searches!

Hi John,

Yes that is correct, they are normally used for transporting stepthru frame bikes on a car rack.

Well Christmas is coming and what do most of us want.. (apart from a newer, better, faster, lighter bike!) - stuff for the bike to play with!

Oypla stand came today and is excellent, really heavy duty and the adjusting knobs in the pics have been replaced with quick release clamps which work well.
Next job is to clean my stable out so I have room to actually use it!

I second all the positive comments for the Oypla stand in this thread. I thought it was worth a go for £30 and it really is of solid build quality.

My only frustration was the Oypla website itself, which was one of the worst user experiences I've had for a while. I emailed their Customer Services team to see if they'd be interested in a bug list, but have had no reply.

I had a similarly bad experience with their website which wouldn't let me change the delivery address. I too emailed the customer services dept and I did get a reply thanking me for my trouble. They obviously need to pay someone to code their shopping cart better as your experience shows they haven't sorted it yet.

Yep, that was one of the problems - really fiddly. There is a way to edit it, but I think you have to do it from a different page (took me about half an hour to figure out the hack!). There was also mangled buttons that didn't do anything, links that went to the wrong T&C page...

Oh yeah, now I remember that bug too as I am a stickler for reading T&Cs. It's a good job their stands are made better than their website!
