Have you considered rebuilding the wheel yourself with a new rim and spokes, there are a ton of 5min-longer youtube vids on the subject and the special tools needed (a spoke spanner) are cheap.
Spoke sizing is the tricky part, wheel rims can have differing depths affecting the optimum spoke size by a few mm. but amazon prime no quibble returns and next day delivery allowed me to narrow down on the ideal size within 3x buys
And due to the size errors when the right size did arrive a day later i was well practiced and the actual build took no time
true-ing the wheel is also very easy and all you need is the front forks of an upturned bike and some cable ties to make guides from - (watch the youtube vids.. )
It is a fairly complex job but when broken down into steps each is pretty simple
