Until the battery can or can't be ruled out Sami is stuck, it is pointless willy nilly changing components as it then gets costly.
If I fault diagnose it is the first item I check to confirm it's operation, after that I fault diagnose for any sudden voltage drop. After these I look for controller faults or hub faults via the wiring, voltage and resistance testing can throw up whether either may have an issue.
