Until the battery can or can't be ruled out Sami is stuck, it is pointless willy nilly changing components as it then gets costly.
If I fault diagnose it is the first item I check to confirm it's operation, after that I fault diagnose for any sudden voltage drop. After these I look for controller faults or hub faults via the wiring, voltage and resistance testing can throw up whether either may have an issue.

That certainly sounds very plausible to me, it will be interesting to see what the individual cells measure like
Until Sami can confirm any suspicions of a fault we are no longer further ahead diagnosing the issue.
As you said earlier on in the thread it is so much easier with problem in front of you as giving advice at distance isn't as easy sometimes to convey to the OP, often it isn't carried out as asked correctly or the OP refuses to believe or take the advice given thinking they know better. The ability to follow the advice given/procedure is fairly essential as we have carried out the tasks safely before our selves to fault find our own issues.
The advantage of these forums is that the advice given is in the most practical & useful, and free. The only stumbling block may be translation of given advice and practical abilitly of the person being assisted.

It’s been quite an interesting one so far.

If someone said to me measure the voltage when you apply some load... it’s so obvious it requires no further explanation. But then the op comes back and gives a reading and it makes little sense, so then we question how did you apply the load. “I sat on the bike, I dropped the wheel onto the floor, I did XYZ “ and at that point it becomes obvious that the way the instruction was phrased didn’t help the op make the measurement and everyone gets frustrated.

A rule I have in diagnostics is never jump straight to fix :) i’ve been caught out far too many times for that.

1. Is the battery made up of LIPO pouch cells or LION 18650 cells ?
2. Looking from both ends can you see a BMS /PCB board ?
Some where the BMS should have a connector block with 10 or 11 smaller sense wires attached.
3. You can remove the battery but you will need to cut the wires on one end one at a time ( I would be inclined to cutting the wire at the bottom)and cover each wire as you cut it with tape or heat shrink to prevent any shorting , the bottom thick power wires Red and Black are easy to identify when it comes to joining again (soldering). The thin reds need colour coding with colour tape so you know which ones for sure go where .
The battery isn't working correctly so you have nothing to lose by cutting one end and removing it to see if it can be repaired. The important bit is to only cut one wire then insulate the end before cutting the next one and so on, then you can slide the whole pack out nicely.

The cells are shrunk wrapped so the BMS must be under the Blue wrap, to go any further you will have to do what I said in point 3 above to remove the actual battery pack.
