What's the limits for your batteries, time, range, money, weight?
Three car batteries would be cheap but exceptionally heavy.
An extra lithium battery as you have would double your range.
Lipos have a lot of bang for your buck, but also possible bang on the bike.
Recharging in a cafe or elsewhere while having a meal is possible.

that pack you wanted to buy is a 4S, 4 cells in series, 16V.
You need 10 cells in series, 40V to run with your BBS01. You'll have to connect two 5S packs to make a 10S pack. Can your quadcopter use 5S?

yes, that's right, use a Y piece to connect the two 5S bricks. Don't worry about constant discharge rate - you'll get plenty.

Here is a solution: open the base of your bottle battery, attach a 2-core 14 AWG silicon cable about 10cm to the two battery terminals, then crimp a pair of 30A Anderson plug to the other end of the 10cm cable.
That's the Anderson tail, you can now plug in your new parallel lipo battery there.
You need also make an extension lead to go from where you want to install your lipo packs to that 10cm Anderson tail. That extension lead needs to be 2-core 14AWG also but must be round cable and sheathed. Fit a pair of 30A Anderson to the bottle battery side and a JST to the lipo pack side.
You also need to fit lipo alarm.
It would be a lot easier to just buy a 15AH 36V battery from Eclipse and sell your 9AH battery secondhand.

that's a good start.
Those gold connectors are not foolproof.
Anderson connectors are better, as you are going to plug/unplug to charge the lipo packs, you can't take the risk that the terminals can come into contact wrongly.

I remember asking a bloke on the street in southern India many years ago if he could direct me to the Monarch Hotel. I pronounced it in the usual English way and repeated it several times but he just could not understand me. Finally in exasperation he said in his heavily accented Indian English “why don’t you speak good English like I do?”

Turned out he would have understood if I pronounced it with a soft ch. I found that out later when I started to buy that brand of cigarettes there.
