People have had to work hard to gain the ride stats that they have, and there is no excuse for not doing so. Gaining a KOM using an ebike isn't exactly hard to do, and certainly can't ever be considered an achievement.
so go race the racing bikes from the clubs on the flat and lets see what page you are on then over a 10 mile ride.

i bet you have no kom on the flat or down hill ;)

But Eddie is not saying he's the best. Your cheating with a powered carriage. They work hard on the flat and hills. Respect their work and you get respect back. Dis them and...

Actually I had quite a few KOM on forest track descents before I changed them to ebike rides. Oh but wait that would be off road wouldn't it.
You are not racing other people on dissimilar equipment you are still cheating, set your own segments and compete against yourself.

Yet another thing that you are wrong about.

I have held KOMs using my peddle mtb, both on road and off road.
All of which I have had to work hard to get, all of which I have taken time to study to work out where time can be gained or lost, all of which I have chosen particular weather to ride, and all of which have been ridden at chosen times of the day or night for maximum advantage, all of which I have set up the bike to take advantage, and all of which have been ridden using my brain first.

Even during the Swiss trip, I watched quietly studying mtb riders tackling various down hill sections, and was critical of technique and style. To this end and with little effort on my part, I gained a tenth fastest time out of 120 riders, down this 2 mile mixed segment. That might not have been a KOM, and I would never have been able to gain the KOM, but I saw it as very good and note worthy achievement, for the simple fact that it proved my theory of how you don't need speed to get a fast time, you need to first and foremost use your brain.

The pedal assist was turned off before the segment, and not turned on or even required until after the segment end.

This isn't about me though, it is about the sort of ignorant and pathetic mentality that thinks that it is okay to use ebikes to gain Strava KOM's, when quite plainly it isn't.

You might as well use a motorbike then you can really claim all those Kom's and be top of the all leader boards, until someone else gets a faster motorbike and on and on. SW can be very entertaining but your on a loser with this one... Pack in the cheating.

As long as it makes you feel good. You remind me of someone I used to work with, first time he took us to a proper trail centre he took us straight on to the hardest climb at the place. The rest of us ended up pushing up, the next time I went with him despite being 15 years older I kicked his assistant, he never out climbed me again. He had the best most expensive everything, knew all of the websites etc could even be your Brother!

i can also open as many accounts as i want and hide/change my ip if needed so can get back on sites that is barred from anyway.

if i make 10 accounts then i can take all the top ten places for every section i just cant be arsed tbh ;)
