Quiet afternoon with work, so headed up to the Pennine Bridleway again to practice the Hayfield to Charlesworth section, 30 miles in 3 hours...is it possible to be in love with an inanimate object? I'm certainly falling for this old S-Works whilst my new Nukeproof is gathering dust in the garage:(

Top afternoon, no-one else out and hammered it like a good 'un (got two 11.6Ah batteries down to one bar each)...bit slippy/muddy still in places and a wet arse from sitting down for my break, but sublime riding on all sorts of surfaces again...few pics...

Me I didn't mean to but the alleged cycle path changed. Ended with a muddy leg from falling off.
My bike is defiantly NOT an of roader.

I went a bit off road here Bristol out into the Severn . My bike is in the dingy ready for when we get to Cardiff. Probably about 8 miles from nearest road.
Is that ok?

and i left the light batt at home so much for testing that. had to push the bike up some parts and the walk assist is useless up steep hills with steps.

fine on the flat but up sheer steep hills no good at all and bit of a mission pushing 20kg up hill slipping and sliding over steps ect.
