I recently rode 31 miles and climbed 3500 ft! But can go much further with careful route planning. How far does yours go? This ride can be checked out on strava, but due to posting KOM's I have to make my Hill climbs private.
What battery are you using?I recently rode 31 miles and climbed 3500 ft! But can go much further with careful route planning. How far does yours go? This ride can be checked out on strava, but due to posting KOM's I have to make my Hill climbs private.
Mine is out of warranty soon so may contact you for advice if that's ok...Actually changing gear on the hub is worse, it simply won't change gear under load. The knack is to briefly pause pedalling and then change gear, if you haven't got the knack you can have some nasty noisy cringe worthy changes.
Yes I have a speedup ghost on mine, it makes the bike 100 times better.
Hi Phill, arent they just! I have never tried the hub powered variety which I assume need a throttle to operate. What I like about mine is... if you dont pedal it, it wont go anywhere, and if you get out of the saddle and push hard it will fly!!
