Just a quick note here that PayPal only protects for 180 days (+buyer may be required to pay return postage even in cases where wrong or faulty goods sent), whereas credit card provides up to 6 years' protection (s 75 CCA 1975 in conjunction with the Sale of Goods Act 1979) for goods over £100.

i bought my 1000 watt kit off electricbike-conversions.com , compared to what i`ve heard about other companys they are good usually, my battery lasted 18 months, but then fell on its side and died within a month, they are going to test it, but had some faff getting it back to them, as most couriers wont send batterys, they did it for me ,but took 4 days to collect it.
so anyway i`m without a battery now and they have no 48 v batteries for 1000 watt kits in now.....so i had to buy it off someone else, whos reputation isnt that great.....but hell its hard to find a good supplier, these chinese batteries seem hit and miss from my research.
i think they are all chinese made?!
