I just had to share this. I'm sending a kit to someone who bought it on Ebay. I did the on-line thing with Hermes (like I have before), printed off the label and took it down to te local shop collection point. They scanned the label and told me that it's invalid, and I need to contact Hermes.
I dashed home to find the phone number. The helpline is 10p a minute plus mobile charges, which means about 45p a minute for me. Then I found their live chat. Perfect, I thought until I got the message below. You have one minute out of 10,080 minutes in a week to contact them if you want to stay up past midnight on Saturday:
