Displays are on the website

The tongsheng displays are not compatible and its a different protocol. It comes as a kit so will come with a display

Yes you can use a 52v battery
Thanks Alex for your reply.

I looked at the display's, but i would prefer a smaller display for my next build.
Are you also planning to have the SW102 display in your line-up?

The stator is tightly fitted into a machined housing now.
can you showcase some of the benefits of new design ? do you avoid answers regarding tuning software for users ? if and when will you add DZ41 display to your motor . most of us want small display with integrated selector . you never answered if display will allow user to change power modes and change speed limit if necessary. for me it's important to use 110bcd 34nw chainrings and I still don't know if this will be possible

There will be some videos out soon showing the benefits. Some published by well known YouTube channels doing their own reviews etc
No im not avoiding questions about tuning. The software will be released when we are ready to do that but its still in development. For the vast majority of users it won't matter too much you can access a lot through the display

We are considering the sw102 we will consider others

Yes you will be able to switch power modes and speed

We are going to develop some new smaller chainrings but i dont know how small we can go yet. Depends on the motor you are talking about also

34t nw is a must . just do a 110bcd spider or 104bcd spider and you're fine
It's the need to dish the chainwheel around the final drive casing to achieve a satisfactory chainline that limits size. Solving that restriction would be a big step forward. 42T minimum with dish on TSDZ2.

We have the spider but as mentioned its final drive that dictates how small the chainring can be
Can you clarify what motor you are talking about the 01 or 02?

Thanks

alex

both ...
im using typical 34t / 36t 110bcd chainrings with tsdz2 and factory spider on many bikes I've converted and chainline is fine . not perfect maybe but definitely good and poses no problems. and as we all know tsdz2 is a masterpiece of mechanical engineering what makes it impossible to copy ...
to sum it up . if tsdz2 can do it you can figure it out too. I'm using either cheap steel chainrings or a little more expensive aluminium NW chainrings. both 110bcd go to factory spider with no additional costs

In F1, after a long period of gardening leave, and having left all the drawings behind!

Ones ideas are ones own, but ones work belongs to the employer at the time. IP.

Ideas alone are not patentable, you need to have made a working device or application. You can apply for a patent during the development of your working device but you have to demonstrate your device before your patent is granted.

The issue of your DM02 is it closely resembles to the TSDZ2. For potential buyers, unless the new product is cheaper or better or both, it's not going to sell. You can't just rely on rumours that tongsheng lost their chief engineer to your firm or tongsheng lost some big customers to win potential customers over. Aikema now make the tsdz2b, they have extensive experience and a lot of engineers.

but when you want to sell a product and have invested 10M$ in factory and have it produced and want to go worldwide - 1000$ in professional shoot informational video is nothing , literally nothing ...taking random worker to shoot this with his broken cellphone is contradictory to intent ...
Perhaps Toseven reps are paid by number of words typed, and Toseven have run out of money?

why you're so mean on this topic? I DONOT UNDERSTAND ,
If you and your colleague took some time out from your busy schedule to make an effort answering the many questions on this thread, I for one might not view your "New" motor as a complete and utter waste of time and money. WE ARE ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS.

you are mean first to Tongsheng. What have they done to your company?
I have been selling Tongsheng TSDZ2 for the last 4 years, I like their product, I like the company.
Guess how I feel when I read your company's sales rep's posts?

What's your function? It's clearly not answering questions. As evidenced by the long list of questions which remain unanswered.

my post was some sort of a joke . I mean that tsdz2 is perfectly capable motor for my needs . if you can make it better-i can't wait to try it . but so far you failed to convince me . 34tNW chainring is an example...tsdz2 did it easily . why can't you? I want smaller display. dz41 looks good . take a shot . the display you sell the motor with is a no go for me ...
