Without watching the entire loooooong video replete with irritating constantly prattling Brummie accent throughout, I don't see why not. He's on mickey mouse level 1, albeit with a heavy hub-motored 51kg bike. With 3120Wh and the controller of my mi-drive bike limited to 15A, at max assist consuming 16Wh/mile, I'd get 195 miles. Less now with the controller at 20A, about 19.2Wh/mile (I think) = 164 miles at max assist.

Doesn't look slippery, the road isn't even wet. Is this the woolliness of fat tyres I've read about? Is he too fat? Perhaps his fat tyres needed higher pressure? The car collision hallucinating fat alkie was funny. Must say that video has me possibly reconsidering installing fat tyres on my Dahon, in my experience Marathon Plus hold the road even in the wet when going fast around the bend.
That hill he keeps going on about doesn't seem much of one.
