My torch wasn't for cycling! But for general purpose use such as walking and trying to find where the cat has gone.
Is your cat blind now? One can never have too many bright lights... I wear shades when the two big LED fold out bulbs are both on in my living room, while looking at video of crashing waves on a beach on a big screen and thinking of Bali...

I do miss mine... (they were the same colour and very smart, for cats)

My friend and I had a badger suddenly run out in front of us too, but unfortunately for Mr Badger, we were in a VW Golf at the time and MrB didnt fair so well.
I'm sure your MrB was luckier than mine! I bet the poor thing died a long slow agonising and lonely death, in it's dark den, or on the way there. I feel terrible about that.

My wrist was too crunchy for me to look for it in those woods at night. I wouldn't have found it because they hide when injured. If if I had, then what? I had hit it with a heavily laden bike plus my weight and my bike stopped dead. MrB is toast!

@ full power it lasts about 70 mins or less if it gets hot why it has a giant heat sink on the back and needs 6 18650s to power it.:)

Very impressively bright! A good spread too, perfect for those night time dashes through the woods... I'd need a few 1800LM headlights of the same type to get that sort of wide dispersion.

So if I want to reduce the risk of a 'crash' I should avoid the bus, which is free for me and I had assumed was safe enough, and travel by eScooter instead.
Something is rotten in Denmark with those stats... They make no sense at all, save for spin advantage

i dont have pci gen 3 slots and is ddr3 but even with 48gb of ram its to slow to do anything vide wise.
GPU+CPU rendering is faster of course, but the damn software is always pricey too, especially for 4k. TBH many people view in 1080P only, and on small screens most people don't notice and even if they do, they forget and just watch the video.

Which Xeons? Have you tried Adobe Premiere with graphics card rendering enabled? Sounds like it shouldn't be too slow, even when rendering 4k.

When I think back over three decades ago when I was waiting four days for 12 seconds of 3D footage to render, I think that when people say their computers render too slow, they really do not know what slow is! I would have killed for a machine with this sort of grunt:

The scooters you have to watch out for are the ninja ones who only come out in the dark, no lights and all black clothing, you can't see them in the shadows and not until about 10 feet away do you realise they are there. Had one tonight cycling home from work.

Is there any other type of night-time e-scooterist? I mean honestly, I have never seen any e-scooter rider out at night who hasn't been trained by Ra's al Ghul from the film The Dark Knight (2008) in the art of dark magical stealth. The really comical thing is, they pretend that you haven't seen them, like they're actually invisible while you're looking directly at them. Swivelly eyes and everything.

i have davinci resolve free version so only basic things i can do that will render 4k but just takes forever.

it has dual x5670s 12 core but if i remember it only sees 1 cpu when rendering the video.

It could be a DaVinci limitation. Adobe is worth a go - it's zero contract monthly. When it takes four and a half days to render 288 frames, that's slow. For a pro project, they first test render sections and then commit to several weeks or months of rendering. These days they use render farms.

Even nVidia is moving towards a subscription model, which is horrifying  A low monthly is cheaper than having to buy Adobe Premier for hundreds back in the day, or a couple of grand for the whole suite.
