Am off to the Eurobike show,August end. It will be interesting if the strength of the pound against the euro reveals a number of new e-bikes out of Europe at lower prices.
China seems to have bottomed out in terms of cost prices but the bigger manufacturers are upping the quality of parts which are being included.
Our experience is that £1000 is still the threshold price point which most people want to spend on an e-bike,they will stretch to £1200 to get exactly what they want. But we are starting to see second and third generation purchasers who have refined their ideals and will spend up to £2000,above £2k is a very rare sale.
