I don't know if another Russian leader than Putin would continue with the war in Ukraine. It always costs more than what would be seen as worst case scenario at planning stage and victory is never what the planners expected.if i was putin id save a fortune and nuke the hole of Ukraine because the eu wants a conventional war for next 20 years.
