A friend with stents can't consume even small amounts of fat, without feeling very unwell. His liver produces far more cholesterol than normal, for some reason... in pain, dizzy and nauseous (many symptoms are from the medication) and he's only 43. It's what restarted me running.
Whereas I am borderline hypocholesterolaemic. Regardless how much fat I eat. Butter. Nuts. Dripping for cooking. Cheese. Coconut-laden Thai soups.

There are circumstances in which the boss should resign even if they are not personally guilty.

Cressida Dick ‘deeply concerned’ after Met police officer charged with rape
PC David Carrick to appear in court on Monday over incident in Hertfordshire in September 2020
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2021/oct/03/metropolitan-police-officer-charged-rape-hertfordshire

I suspect that CD probably has less reason to be concerned about the actual crime - being raped - than a vast number of women across the country. To refer to her own concern ahead of that of the public emphasises that she needs to go.
That is seriously ungracious. As CEO of an organisation, she has a responsibly for the good conduct of the members of the organisation, whether it be health and safety or anything else. Now that the matter is sub judice, she can say nothing else.

Yes she can:

"Here's my resignation. I realise that the Met cannot progress with me in charge. I have become a major part of the story rather than the answer."

Teaching granny to suck eggs again!

Specific knowledge is necessary. Certainly some nuts like peanuts contain over 75% fat, but on the other hand chestnuts contain just 10% fat, being mostly carbohydrate (25%) and water.

And I don't need Google for such knowledge, I already have it.
.
Chestnuts were a particular favourite in France for the peasant farmers.. The wood made farm implements, and the nuts were ground into a flour for baking as a bread...

Yep. I take my levothyroxine at bed-time (always have done so). And usually fall asleep fairly easily and stay soundly asleep through the night.

It is the only medicine I take. Can't think of any medicine I have had prescribed since diagnosis except in the early days when there was a bit of whack-a-mole prescribing. (OK - the occasional paracetamol. And vitamins B12 and D.)
I moved taking meds (for AF/high blood pressure) from morning to 10pm. Loads better, sleep like a log and don't feel lethargic during day. (side effect of AF drugs)

The advice has always been to take levothyroxine in the morning. But I am not convinced there ever was any evidence for that. It is just repeated because someone else assumed or said that

Medics tend to look at thyroid medicines like coffee or cocaine. Stimulants. They even liken levothyroxine to coffee in their own words. That completely misunderstands, well, everything. I believe that adequate thyroid hormone is absolutely necessary in order to sleep properly. Too little and we get tired, we feel the need to sleep, but the sleep we get is unrefreshing and relatively poor quality.

There is also the fact that levothyroxine absorption is affected by almost anything you can eat or drink, other medicines and supplements. Hence getting up, taking levothyroxine, then necking tea/coffee and scoffing breakfast is not a good idea.

She is the boss. It happened on her watch.
Not going down that rabbit hole , but two points. The first is with 160,000 policemen, the fact that she even knows him are remote and any resignation, even if justified, would certainly prejudice an ongoing case.

Hi Zlatan, the only blood pressure med I take at night is the Statin, because the pharmacy advised that. The others are morning...about an hour before breakfast. Now tiredness hits me like a wave at about 5:00 pm. , So getting around that interests me.

I fail to understand why resignation would prejudice any case. Would her resigning due to ill health, or because she behaves in an obviously unacceptable way, or simply hitting some pre-defined date also have that prejudicial impact?

I have not for one moment suggested she knows him.

"It" being an officer charged with rape. Which is now a matter of public record.

Had Couzens been found not guilty, and if this chap is in due course found not guilty, having two officers charged is sufficient to question the entire edifice of the Met and its senior staff.

Yep, I was advised (in fact told) by GP and dnurse to take mine in the morning.
I read some report about ii being beneficial to take meds I, m on at night so you relax, they work and you don't feel tired during day. I swapped to 9pm and then told consultant I had... He said if it suits you do it... I, m way more active (Bisoprolol and amplodopine can both produce lethargy, which suits me at 11pm but not 3pm???)
I, m fairly sure I, m healthier on my regime and actually feel like doing stuff (biking/sailing) now, which must be beneficial.??
Check first tho Danidl.

No one can connect with the working public and understand their daily financial concerns like a billionaire.
Sunak is worth about £200 Mils. His wife is on a different scale.
She is said to own shares in her father's company worth £430 Mils.
You can see that Sunak is a relative pauper.
If he still has to work for his money then he understand the financial concerns of those like you and I who are still working.

Thanks . I am using those two ...and in fact the lethargy was so bad that my consultant suggested taking the Bisoprolol every second day. This puzzles my GP , so she added another vessel dialator. . Now in fairness my blood pressure is well controlled and my heart rate very low .. mostly 60 , but even walking is now an effort . The ebike is a little easier... . I will be seeing her on Wednesday , so I will discuss.
I bought one of those cheap health watches Huawei Band 6 , because the idea of having a BP monitor on for the 24 hrs test just gets my goat. Its a remarkable but of kit for 50 euro. So light you can ignore it.. , measures pulse rate continuously and Oxygen Sats virtually continuously, and keeps perfect time linked to the android phone. And it only needs taking off and recharging every fortnight.. So I now have a second by second record for the last 3 months
