That is exactly the same claptrap as voiced by the majority of his supporters and enablers in the GoP in Congress yesterday. This second impeachment is no longer about his removal, it is about the History Books

Whatever gets him out of public eye and not being target of admiration or insult is best way forward . Like fools in many walks of life, ignoring them is often best plan.

Let us differ on the details here. I fully expect him to be fully engaged in multiple law suits over finance until his death. As his wealth or borrowing power dissipates, the quality of legal representation he can afford will decrease, and his legacy will be debt, The names of Trump and his family will be toxic. That is something he will hate even more.
