Yes I think everyone wants to know that but its too early to tell at the moment. From what I have read although they can't say for sure they (they being health experts and not politicians) think its extremely likely that once vaccinated (both doses) you will no longer be asymptomatic.
I suspect the Gov & Scientists won't be too eager to say either way, through fear of changing peoples opinion. I'm not anti-vacs myself but I just don't trust this Gov to tell the truth about anything anymore.
What I find disturbing is if you are anti and shout too loud you are looked on in the same vein as a Holocaust Denier, think what you like but don't spread it about because you can't be sure.
Posts get removed from web site forums and Youtube video's taken down etc just in case you influence anyone, some people are becoming almost fifth columnists if they don't go along with Gov doctrine.
Rocky road ahead...

There is a creeping movement to ban people from having an opinion on certain subjects. In fact it goes further, it’s not even possible to discuss some subjects. If you do, a hate filled snarling face will spit venom and brand you a racist, homophobe, anti-vaxer or whatever happens to be off limits at the time.

It's true though Barry, did you know any discussion of terrorism in colleges is forbidden. You could ask why any sane person would want to debate such a subject but still it's all part of this world we live in, it does not mean you endorse it.

Would he do us a favour and stay there?

Boris Johnson and European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen have confirmed that they will meet in Brussels in an attempt to unblock the deadlocked post-Brexit trade deal negotiations.
For months, the main sticking points in the negotiations have been the following:
- Fisheries:
The EU wants to continue to maximise access to UK waters for its fishing fleets after December 31.
The British argue the UK is now an independent coastal state and should be able to prioritise its own boats.
However, most fish caught by UK fishermen are sold in Europe and Britain needs to maintain access to EU markets.
There was talk on Sunday of a breakthrough on fishing, but that has been denied by Downing Street.
Reports suggest UK negotiators are proposing removing pelagic fish - the likes of mackerel and whiting - from the fisheries aspect of the negotiations in a bid to break the impasse on the turbulent issue.
Those fish types would instead be negotiated separately on a rolling annual basis with the EU and other countries, such as Russia, Norway and Iceland.
- The level playing field:
The so-called “level playing field” rules are intended to ensure businesses on one side do not gain an unfair advantage over those on the other side.
In return for continuing access to the single market, the EU is seeking a high degree of alignment by the UK with its standards on workers rights, the environment and particularly state aid for businesses.
The British deny they want to undercut EU measures, but say the point of leaving is for the UK to be able to set its own standards.
- Governance:
The two sides are still at odds over the mechanisms for enforcing any agreement and resolving disputes.
The British have been adamant that the UK is an independent sovereign state and cannot accept the jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice.
- Where does this leave the negotiations?
The UK’s concession that it will remove elements of the controversial Internal Market Bill relating to Northern Ireland in the event of a trade deal is being read in some quarters as a sign an agreement could be in the works.
Johnson’s jaunt to Brussels is similarly being viewed as a precursor to a breakthrough, but Government sources on Monday continued to warn that no-deal remains an option.

I think you're more likely to bump the vaccine off than the other way round flecc :D
It seems you may have a point Ross.

Shortly after I saw and replied to your above post I had a phone call from the brother of a friend of 40 years to inform me he had died yesterday. Exactly ten years ago in December 2010 I had included him with several others in my will. He was the last of them to die during the ten years, all younger than me, so I now have a will with no beneficiaries, the problem with living a very long time.

Saddest of all though was he was just 56 years old, my having first met him when I employed him as a 16 year old school leaver for an 11 year period, becoming a friend of all his extended family ever since.

Since it seems making anyone a beneficiary in my will becomes a death sentence, I now have a selection problem for that empty will.

No OG, any half a dozen Tories will not do.

It's what I'd heard Wicky, could be it was a particular faculty only. A quick bit of searching throws up something about a free speech debate that was going on a few years back, radical speakers being invited etc.
The argument revolved around whether those invited guests with what could be considered as extreme views should be allowed to speak on terrorism. It was said at the time all such talk would be banned...seems it wasn't.

Sure the UK has entire colleges devoted to the subject .. Sandhurst, Dartmouth and postgraduate institutes in Hereford.

So an internal border is confirmed as of New Year.

Checks on goods crossing Irish Sea to start from 1 January
Government confirms no delay, despite demands from businesses and farmers in Northern Ireland

The "no delay" is to the implementation, of course. Plenty of opportunity for delays of the goods.

Too cold a day to do that Ross, lowering your resistance to infection.
.
I'm an odd sort of chap flecc, I live in a fourth floor apartment and I can run up all the stairs to the top. I'm the oldest person in the block and the only one who can do that.
I don't smoke or drink and don't eat food with chemicals swimming around inside it, I'm very fortunate in that I can run quite fast and leap over fences etc. I think I get it all from my dad who was a building worker, nothing ever knocked him back could walk miles just like me.

"KTH now has a half a million followers"

You crow that that these fine upstanding alt-right figure heads are somehow increasing in popularity - yet,

In her final tweets before the ban, she celebrated hitting 1.1 million followers and urged her fans to follow her on Instagram....

Any idea why far-right anti-immigration campaigner TR didn't relocate to Spain?

It would have taken years to get 1.1 million followers on Twitter. Many of them would no longer be active. It's taken her only a few months to bet half a million on Parker and they'll all be active. She's still growing rapidly.

Why do you add weird labels to all these people? Should we seat adding labels to you?
