Life is grossly unfair sometimes. Come on..... Somebody got shouted at - and? They're still alive. Nobody got shot. Nobody even got fired. No sexual contact was involved. Come on.
if your son/daughter gets shouted at work, you'd want to know why and perhaps react not so calmly.

Surely voter fraud & manipulation started when postal boxes were blocked or removed altogether in predominately Black Democrat towns. There's no conspiracy theory's involved, the Trump admi tried to interfere with the voting system to skew it in favour of his party and failed now he's got the hump....tough.
What's getting more serious by the day is Trump's "scorched earth " policy in trying to wreck as much as he can before he get's pulled kicking & screaming from the WH, a nutter with a big mouth can do a lot of damage as we've seen during the last four years.

This comment on Pritti made sense to me...

"OK, maybe Priti is some crazy bitch, but I’ve worked with the civil service, so I’m going to lean towards the civil service management spectacularly failing to deliver. And these aren’t keen green recruits who cock up through inexperience. They’re people on very good salaries ennobled by the Queen. They should be able to take responsibility for delivery.

Most managers out in the real world live this. You cock up big time, there’s shouting. Because you’ve just made the people who pay for you less happy. A manager loses his personal money, or has to go to his manager and suffer a boll0cking. It’s one of the ways that managers improve, because people don’t like a boll0cking. So, they try and do things to prevent that recurring. And unlike these soft-bellied bureaucrats, they take responsibility for their actions and accept the punishment."

This from the Telegraph:

"The top ranks of the civil servants at the Home Office are to be shaken up in the wake of claims of bullying by Priti Patel, with officials forced to work some weekends and be subject to performance reviews.

New rules are also being drawn up to allow the Home Secretary to personally quiz junior officials who have the most up-to-date knowledge about the work of her department, The Telegraph understands."

PP shouted at underlings.
That's what Philip Putnam tried to talk to her about and got himself involved in a fight which he lost.

To me, this sounds like it’s laying the foundations for reprisals against the poor bastards who raised the bullying issues.

Don’t forget, the man appointed by Boris Johnson to independently advise him on Ministerial Code (Alex Allan) formed the opinion that the Ministerial Code had been broken by Fat-Arse.

Alex Allan appears to have integrity, he was the head of the Joint Intelligence Committee and unlike Boris Johnson and Fat-Arse, has never been sacked for dishonesty. Also don’t forget that Johnson sat on the report for months and only let the findings be known under duress. There is more, Johnson attempted to interfere with the enquiry and wanted it softened up. As if that wasn’t enough, Johnson won’t let the full findings be known and is asking us to ignore the reports findings and to trust him, the convicted liar. Does this sound like the actions of a pair with nothing to hide and confident that nothing untoward took place?

So, who do we trust? A man with a seemingly good pedigree and track record, or two proven liars, both who have previously been sacked from government for dishonesty and who are trying to suppress the findings of an independent enquiry?

Personally, I feel sorry for the complainants and Alex Allan. They have all been comprehensively let down and shafted by two convicted liars and proven incompetents. It’s cost a good man his job (Alex Allan), and now Fat Arse and the cowardly yellow streak of pi$$ are going to take their revenge, something else which is illegal under employment law. But when did integrity bother them.

The Tories did the same to the cops after the pleb-gate scandal.

Get ready for the Mail and Express to set their attack dog readership on the Civil Service. The bait, the juicy beef steak for the dogs to chase will be inflation busting pay rises, gold plated pensions, unelected officials and perks. I could write that shite and get their thick, gullible & subservient readership to swallow it.

They must be sneering with contempt at the British public over how easy it is to manipulate them and to so comprehensively turn them against their own interests. If it wasn’t so destructive, it would actually be a thing of great beauty in its effectiveness.

Just my observations.

Just your observations? Barry me thinks you've squeezed a couple of opinions in there too.
