they get 'embedded' into the civil service with long term contracts.
Biden can't just replace them like some 4,000 other political appointees that Trump put in place.
They owe their job to Trump but that's less important than that they are Trump's followers. Whatever Trump asks, they'll do. Trump or one of his sons will run in 2024, no matter what.

It's incredible that in this point in time of human development, so many Americans like what he says (small government, protection for the unborn, cut taxes, bring troops home) to the point that they don't care about his misdemeanours and disrespect of facts.

Its's a tad awkward for Trump to have been responsible setting up an election security govt dept as part of the Homeland Security Agency and appointing Krebs, which has worked with States and counting equipment manufactures. For the dept it must be crazy going to work when Trump is batshit crazy twittering CT contradicting their work and what's on the .gov website.

“Under Chris Krebs’ leadership, CISA has been a trusted source of election security information,” Wyden tweeted. “If Donald Trump fires him, it will suggest Trump is preparing to spread lies about the election from a government agency."

The White House did not offer comment, and a spokesperson for acting Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) did not immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment.

Krebs’s potential ouster would leave a tremendous leadership vacuum at DHS and would leave the top government cybersecurity role vacant at a critical moment.

How many votes does this affect? . Even if this procedure is adopted and a number of votes are disallowed, that is NOT EVIDENCE of any FRAUD. .. just tardy voters . . But my understanding is that any or all votes which arrived late have not yet been counted , so is this is giving permission for these to be counted ?
Incidentally the word MAY is much less serious than the word SHALL ... so which was it. ?

No ALLEGATIONS of fraud are never ending.... Subtle difference. If you listen very closely to Rudi, you will see that he is careful not to overstep .
Now again I dont know in detail that part, but does not each ballot have a code number, so that it will not be recounted?. She may very well have seen the same batch of ballots put into the same machine multiple times , she may have seen the same set put into multiple machines . These can easily be part of QA procedures. These are allegations , nothing less and nothing more. At least she is providing time and place information, for they can be investigated.
Even her interview is just at the level of suspicion. Her boss tells her to do her work .. whatever it is. since this guy can be named , why is he not supenia ed ? . she sees white trucks , but does not see what they are carrying ... Was she supplied with food in her 24 hour shift?

I took a few minutes to look at the Dominion website , and note that it is used in 28 of the states .. many of which voted Biden. . Perhaps it is being singled out not because it is corrupt , but because it is not.
