Exactly what it is (at least as exact as any of these ratings are). That is approval for the man, and as Woosh says not a vote. Probably most of those that approve will vote for him; I wonder how many will vote for him as candidate for the party even though they disapprove.

He's worse than an overpowered scooter. Is it unkind to suggest we club together to buy him one (and hope he kills himself)?

What is a "zero quota"? Reads to me as a quota value of zero which would mean none could be imported/exported. Shouldn't it be "no quotas applied", or "infinite quotas"? Or is this some sort of legalistic accepted form of words for such discussions?

It is logical though it doesn't read that way at first. Zero quota is no quota, therefore no limit, i.e, infinite quota, but infinite can never be used in any legal document since it isn't specific.

You're splitting hairs again! I see nothing wrong in their use of zero in the context of the sentence, "providing for zero tariffs and zero quotas on goods". Mentioning zero tariffs makes very clear the liberal context of zero quotas.

They are a tech company based in Ireland and seem to have an app that’s relatively cheap to roll out, works and can be ready in 4 weeks. It has less security issues than the U.K. debacle and is in use in other countries apart from Ireland.

Cheap, works, quick to roll out? Can’t see Handcock and Lady Dildo going for that.

zero quotas - it's a technical terms to cover remote supplies of services.
Gambling, e-commerce, internet cloud services etc that sort of things.
