John Durham has opened a formal criminal investigation into irregularities that were exposed in the IG's report. Results are expected round about June. Do you want to stand by your beliefs and take a bet with me whether anybody will get prosecuted?
I would anticipate that there will be talk of investigations. I suspect there will be some knuckle wrapping, and even disciplinary hearings. However criminal proceedings ..I suggest not.

I cant see either party getting a working majority. They are reporting high turnout, I live accross road from a polling station. Never been more than 2 in all day. I went over and only myself and clerk in place, then voted for worst candidate I have ever voted for.
Isnt there supposed to be a candidate and party /leader you actually want in power. I couldnt find one.
Its been reported Diane Abott is so anti tory she refuses to wear a right shoe. Spotted today with two left shoes and from two different pairs of shoes. ie... They didnt match. WTF??? If its true she must be ill, if it isnt the "reporter" (lying bstard journo?) should be arrested.
But there is an odd paradox. On the thread theres been a drift from leave to labour (you, fingers). Evidently were not representative of the electorate. Like the polls I believe boris will unfortunately get a working majority and that were in for some seriously grim meandering in the desert. Happily the tories will carry the can for that.

There is nothing happy about a tory win tonight. Unfortunately.

But what can? In five years time they will still tell us that they didn't stands a chance with the mess that Labour left the economy in.

And our dumb electorate will again fall for this among other lies, just as they've done today!

Clinton's "it's the economy stupid" comes to mind, the chancers, armchair xenophobes, and other tory idiots may have an epiphany once the economy crashes with more conviction

If the exit poll turns out to be correct how long will JC last? I suspect he will be gone in the next day or two.
Would he accept responsibility and leave?
We'll know in the morning.

In the morning I think we'll still see that London is mainly Labour, so I don't see an especially busy time for our undertakers.
.

People are already dying because of waiting times.

They’ve voted for longer waiting times.

That’s how much they hate Corbyn.

Guy is probably up there as the worst and most dangerous leader of a party since Thatcher.

That's the point, they haven't. Once again the chumps have believed the Tory and right wing media lies, like slashing waiting times for ops, 50,000 extra nurses and many more doctors.

They never seem to learn, so there's no reason they'll learn Corbyn is no good if that's true.

This election was primarily about Brexit and who was the best bullshitter, an easy win for Johnson.
