That doesn't affect him of course, since a PM doesn't have to be elected as an MP.

For example Sir Alec Douglas Hume became Tory PM for a while though not an MP, and there have been others historically.

There's hope for all of you yet without losing a deposit, the pay's good and housing and car come free.
.
In Boris's case he lives out the old song

"That ain't working, lyings the way to do it,
Money for nothin',
And the chicks come free.

Ah so!

People shouldn't be able to select where to vote - despite the possibility that students' votes could be critical and they can choose.

Further, there would be immense schadenfreude if he lost his own seat by one vote. (Though I would prefer a landslide against him.)

Boris Johnson has broken from tradition by not voting in his own constituency, PA points out.

He was photographed with his dog at polling station in Methodist Central Hall, in the marginal constituency of Cities of London and Westminster where the Conservative are defending a narrow majority of 3,148.

The party faces a high-profile challenge in the seat from Chuka Umunna, who joined the Liberal Democrats this year after quitting the Labour party earlier this year..

Johnson opted to vote in central London despite a heavy tactical voting campaign to oust him from his own Uxbridge and South Ruislip seat.
Photographed with his dog?
What did he take Cummings with him for?

Very poor dress sense often accompanies genius and ability. ;)
.
I just checked in a mirror and realised what a clever man you are

It brought back a memory from my childhood when father very much the military man and always turned out immaculatly, saw me dressed in my Sunday best, shook his head sadly and said "Mother, get the lad to walk behind us, then we can pretend he's not with us!"

My respect for father grew at this practical answer to my problem.
You don't get affection of that quality from modern parents.

In Einsten yes, Michael Foot probably, Steptoe and Diane Abott... Afraid not.
Besides, if true, it goes beyond dress sense. This woman is destined for deputy PM or perhaps Chancellor of Exchequer.??? And I voted for her..!!!!??? WTF
Technical question here, are you sure she doesn't have two left feet?

He wasn't all that popular with the Jewish hierarchy come to that
Dont think it helped that Judas was Jewish..

Perhaps DA does have 2 left feet but it would be just as cheap to get a pair that matched... as a pair that didnt.???

That's very much like me, no matter what I wear I always look like sack of spuds and my father was constantly nagging about one aspect or other of my appearance. One day it culminated in a huge row in a nearby street as we set out on a family outing when I was 13 and I finally wouldn't stand it any more, so I told him where to go and stormed off.

He never seemed to understand that my scruffiness has always has a quality and social value of it's own. If by some miracle I looked stylish and well educated, expectations would be high. But looking like a tramp, my perspicacity amazes the proletariat.

John Durham has opened a formal criminal investigation into irregularities that were exposed in the IG's report. Results are expected round about June. Do you want to stand by your beliefs and take a bet with me whether anybody will get prosecuted?
I am not betting but the process itself throws a light on how DT operates, thus helps some republicans who gave Trump the benefit of doubt in the last election to change their mind this time.
I don't think anyone will be thrown under a bus by the process and never believe that Trump deserves a second mandate.

Voting at my local go-ahead primary school, I noticed a new arena shaped seating area in one of the three playgrounds. What was unusual was the surrounding fencing, made up from large numbers of bicycle wheels attached rim edge to rim edge.

I'm afraid none of them cycle to school though.

Of course they don't cycle to school - someone stole all their wheels.
