Can I just say that I accept that recently this forum has become far more fruity/salty than usual.

I also don’t think it’s going to change.

But I do miss @wheeler and particularly @whoosh........

Who seems to have retired permanently from our forum.

I guess he had enough.

I have to say if I’m honest. I am angry. I am angry that Johnson May win.

I’m angry at Cameron. I’m angry at May.

I can honestly say I’ve never seen such inept such leaders ever.

I’m sure flecc will say Eden.

But for all of our anger. And it will get more let’s try and see if we can remain friends.

I’d have a drink with all of you.

Of the two, Corbyn will cause the bigger economic crash. He will also allow the crazy Scottish woman to break up the Union. I think there is less chance of Johnson doing that.
perhaps it hasn't occurred to you that if there is a majority in Scotland to break away from the UK, refusing them a referendum isn't going to make them change their minds, all you can do is delay the inevitable.
Such arrogance to think the Conservatives can thwart the will of the Scottish people!
You don't own their loyalty ,
It has to be earned, and no effort is being made to do that, they are not the property of the Westminster parliament

JC's economics is less dangerous than WTO brexit - this is where the right wing conservatives are taking the country to if they win a small majority.
26% CT is not damaging, government spending is about 40%, slightly lower than EU average (42%), JC will push it to 42%-43% while increasing taxes, hardly killing the economy.

I won't vote this time though.

Yes. You turd.

Read what I said. The Labour Party is not being investigated.

The people that are investigating said the same thing this morning.

They are NOT investigating the Labour Party you idiot.

They are investigating claims of anti Semitic abuse within the Labour Party.

You started the semantics.

I am ending it. The very institution that is investigating acknowledge it isn’t the Labour Party they are investigating but members of said party that may have made anti Semitic remarks.

Even if they are proved right it isn’t the Labour Party under investigation but the members that said it.

The Labour Party isn’t under any investigation.

You are incorrect and gullible. You will literally swallow anything Johnson and his ilk tell you to. Case in point leave.

You are an idiot.

Woof woof. That dog whistle is calling you.

Raceturd
The following is taken directly from the EHRC website:

We are using our powers under the Equality Actto open an investigation, which will look at:

  • whether unlawful acts have been committed by the Party or its employees or agents
  • the steps taken by the Party to implement the recommendations made in the reports on antisemitism by Baroness Royall, the Home Affairs Select Committee and in the Chakrabarti Report
  • whether the Rule Book and the Party’s investigatory and disciplinary processes have enabled or could enable it to deal efficiently and effectively with complaints of race or religion or belief discrimination and racial harassment or victimisation, including whether appropriate sanctions have been or could be applied
  • whether the Party has responded to complaints of unlawful acts in a lawful, efficient and effective manner

  • Did you notice how many times PARTY was used in the context of an investigation? I counted them for you. It was four times. The Labour Party IS under investigation. Their response to allegations is under investigation, whether the Labour Party’s internal processes for dealing with such things is adequate, whether the Labour Party’s response to various reports and recommendations is adequate, it goes on. The Labour Party is under investigation. The only other political party to enjoy such measures is the EDL and Tommy Robinson.

  • You are an extremely silly little man and you are in danger of getting things wrong as frequently as my friend from across the Irish Sea. Do not dabble in matters that you don’t fully understand. You are making yourself look even more ridiculous than people previously thought possible.

That’s an option I’ll consider, but I feel compelled to use my freedom to vote.

flecc made a good suggestion of spoiling the voting paper by writing “non of the above “ on it. That way I would feel that I had made an effort to cast some form of vote / opinion. It could let Labour in though.

I once spoiled my ballot paper - in a Crime Commissioner election. Two reasons: no candidate appealed and I disagreed with the whole process.

Certainly spoiling (rather than not turning out) sends a message but probably only if at a higher than usual level.

I think that is fairly unlikely. although I really hope I am wrong I think the Tories are going to win this election with a working majority of around 20 seats. I don't like JC but I think BJ is far worse, a lot of the decent one nations Tories have left, been kicked or retired from Parliament.

As mentioned previously I would like to see Labour win but not with enough for a majority. People like the LDs, PC, Greens and SNP could then help to bring Labour back on to more centre left ground which I think is where the majority of the people of the UK are.

I’d like to see a move towards more centre ground. I’m sort of hoping it will be achieved with a Tory win, but Johnson kept on a very short leash, unable to make progress with Brexit.

Lots of risks involved.

Woof woof little doggy.

Quick look there's a squirrel!

It's scary really. You'd hope elders would have the brain to filter out the noise. See the bigger picture. Question why Jews/Israel would be so anti Corbyn, but no.

You will swallow anything that is given to you. You are a wet dream to the likes of Cummings. They tell you what to think and you sit up and beg for another werthers original.

Christ. No wonder where we are when we look at your generation.

I notice that you have now dropped the, “Labour are not under investigation” line now that I have proved you to be wrong.

You are starting to display similar characteristics to the leprechaun. Stop now, you are a disgrace.

I agree that JC should show respect and support for victims of anti-semitism (JC has already apologised to them), but the Chief Rabbi expected JC to apologise to all British Jewish community, about 250,000 - two orders of magnitude above the number affected.

Remember my previous remarks on the subject?
May I respectfully suggest that if you should choose to mark the ballot paper
"none of the above"
That you also add
"And recommend that the above candidates be banned for life from ever standing for, or holding, public office."

I'm not getting any deeper with this. You are incorrect and displaying Gerald levels of ignorance. I will not be spending anymore time on this matter.

It's a false flag. The amount of hysteria and media coverage over this is utterly ridiculous.

You and your lot are the racist element in this country. Not Jeremy Corbyn.

It's deflection and projection and of course you suck it up.

I really do not like religious leaders interfering with the electoral process, this chief Rabbi seems to have forgotten that they have no better a case than the Arabs do against the Conservative remarks of Boris Johnson, he should be complaining about that too.
But no, he doesn't.
Methinks this campaign will backfire

I'm sorry to say but this has really made me question Israel and it's influence over our country.

No one in their right mind would say Corbyn is racist.

The problem is Corbyn is such a stumble bum he is incapable of defending himself.

Another uncalled for verbal slight from you.
Your behaviour marks you as a deliberate plant.
Who are you working for to cause disruption Fingers?
Is the pay good?

My favourite part about your posts is the value.

You write one thing then have a think. Then another think then Eureka! A lightbulb moment. Inspiration strikes!

And you edit your original post.

Its peak Gerald.

I love it. I know I am having a positive influence on someones day and it makes me happy

Lets face it, you just enjoy being repulsive, but then that's what they pay you to be, isn't it?
