It occurs to me that you are one of the last Brexit supporters standing on this forum. I have crossed over to remain and it sounds like fingers has too, but probably for different reasons. I was just wondering, who is your Brexit leader now? Who are you backing to deliver the Brexit you want, whatever that may be?
OJ is lurking out there somewhere

Not really 50.I gave up on Brexit months ago. I play devils advocate to the posturing by some on here very often. Its probably a year since I said given choice again I, d vote, albeit reluctantly, to remain.
In an ideal world I, d leave. Its proven we are far from an ideal society.
My grumble has for months been the indecision, not the failing to deliver Brexit.
I cant suport ERG, for obvious reasons Boris simply wants to be PM and will adopt any policy, idealism going to keep Tories in no10 and him at helm.
But likewise Corbyn is a disaster. Swinson is unelectable. (as is LibDem movement)
There really isnt a viable, worthy candidate or Party.
As for Corbyn being slandered by propoganda, I agree. He has been, only thing is he writes his own and calls it a manifesto. Honestly, their last one was unbelievable crap.
So are there any leavers left? I know Orange Juice (or whatever he’s called) is a leaver. Any others? I’m just curious as to who now carries the flag, who they muster behind as the Leavers charge over the cliff edge and fall onto the jagged rocks waiting below? Anyone?

I suppose as a remainer, my choice would need to be Jo Swindon. Ghastly.

Thats the ridiculous situation created by Labour's failure to have a clear and simple remain policy. Had they done so Labour would have won last GE, Brexit would be a memory and we, d now be talking of damage inflicted on Country by Corbyn with a view to removing him at next GE.
I think her name is Swinson but she is very forgetable. Didnt think you, d want another Scottish PM. Last one sold family silver, well Gold..

I do have a wry chuckle at Nicky Morgan standing down.

She says one of the reasons is the abuse she has received. Obviously this is not acceptable.

But lets get it straight. She is jumping before she is pushed. She was a terrible MP. I once did a story about her in the early days after the vote. She completely ignored her constituents, undermined her own PM and come across as Gerald level thick. At the time she was lauded as a hero and beacon of principles to be admired.

As time went on she carried on against her own voters wishes and was continually surprised they were so against her. She didn't change until.....Johnson came in and wanted a new GE. Then she was on the front row sitting next to him at pmq's jeering at Corbyn, cheering on Johnson and his no deal plans!

Why the sudden change of heart of Damascan level? Sources tell me she was begging to snag one of the newly available Tory seats vacated by losing the whip (because they were remainers like she was ) and be parachuted into a safe seat and not have to fight for her principles.

As soon as the principled stance meant actually fighting for something. She gone.

Typical Tory Mp.

I look forward to seeing how Anna Soubry gets on.

Soubry was on Newsnight last night.
She is not running this time.
To be honest, the conservative party has been taken over by kippers.

Another one jumped before pushed.
There is no point for those conservative MPs who lost the whip to run.
Election is an expensive business, they would waste their effort even risk their life canvassing without the LD party supporting them.
The best of the bunch is Rory Stewart. He saw it coming months ago.
The more intelligent jumped ship and joined the LibDems.

Gerald level thick?
Have I upset you for you in some way, to deserve remarks like that?
Is it because I was right all along and you can't take that?
Such a shame, you should have engaged your brain before putting your cross as a protest against the Tory party in the referendum, only to find you've empowered people you despise.

I didn't so which one of us is the thick one?
You've guessed it......YOU
Fingers level thick and crabby with it , you're a bad loser Fingers aren't you?

This could return an unexpected outcome. Soubry’s Broxtowe seat could swing either way in terms of Brexit. The margin between leave & remain was small (about 6000 votes), with leave winning. That constituency could have turned to remain over the last three years. Add in a low voter turn out during December, and anything could happen, especially if they install a very pro- Brexit candidate.

You have been sniping away for weeks. I've just decided in the last couple of days to answer back in the same fashion.

I am only rude to people who are rude to me.

Think about that.

As usual you are wrong, you have initiated every single incident and have always been first to resort to insults, and not just to me
And now you say think about that?
Typical, after all your purpose on here is to be an irritant, nothing more
