Hold it together people.

Not long to go now

I can see a few...well all of you wobbling today.

Thank goodness we didn’t have folks like you at Rourkes Drift. We would never have built the biggest and greatest empire in the history of the world.
Did you mean Battle of Rorke's Drift?

I have not wobbled.

In the face of a battle, you need a leader that you can trust. Your leader promised you the following and then broke every single one of them. Only a complete idiot would continue to follow him into battle. But I guess that’s the problem. And to pile more stupid on top of the baseline idiocy, you don’t even know what you are fighting for. It defies belief.

THE LIES ALL TRACEABLE AND WELL DOCUMENTED

Brexit will be easy, and have no downsides.

Trade talks will take place in parallel with divorce talks.

The UK does not need a transition deal and would not be subject to EU rules or budgets during one.

The transition will serve merely to implement the final trade deal, which will be agreed by Brexit day.

The transition will be short but open-ended.

The UK will owe no money to the EU after it leaves The EU.

A raft of new trade deals will be ready before we leave the EU

High-tech customs solution will make frictionless borders simple.

Free movement will come to an end on Brexit Day; and any EU citizens arriving after that date will be subject to a different immigration regime.

There will be no role for the European court of justice in Britain after Brexit day.

Britain will take back control of its fisheries after Brexit.

Are you saying there was something "great" about the British Empire that caused so many deaths?
And do you imagine the poor soldiers at Rourkes drift benefited from being used as targets for assegai's, or clubbed to death with knobkerries?

Michael Caine: 'I voted Brexit. It was about freedom, not immigrants'
“I voted for Brexit. What it is with me, I’d rather be a poor master than a rich servant,”
What a man to choose to illustrate your point, you couldn't have made a worse choice!
"
Caine's net worth is estimated to be roughly $75 Million dollars.24 Apr 2019
Net Worth: $75 Million
Source of Wealth: Professional Actor

Quite Hilarious, and do you imagine that money isn't safely tucked away and he isn't worried by the EU getting their hands on it?
Some "Poor Master"!

The whole 75 million is in a Santander Easy Access Account earning 1% before tax, because he’s just like the rest of us.

Hero BJ, again. As if it had all been developed since he became PM and was like a successful garden bridge.

Seventy years ago, at a laboratory south of Oxford, western Europe’s first nuclear fission reactor was developed. The technology, however, was commercialised abroad. Thirty years ago, the same laboratory created the world’s first controlled nuclear fusion but the international project moved to France.

Now, with the backing of Boris Johnson, the Oxfordshire campus is to develop a new fusion reactor. If successful, it would offer a long promised technological panacea for climate change at relatively little cost. This time, the plan is to keep it firmly in Britain.

Oddly, I could read that start despite the paywall.
Will the fusion reactors be on sale on Brexit Day?

Did any of you see the story about guide dogs and the NI border?

Seems it will be illegal for a guide dog to cross the border post-brexit - other than through Rosslare and Cork (I think that's what they said) as there is no other entry point deemed to have proper animal reception status.

Fun, in particular, for anyone living along the snaking border who needs a guide dog.
Indeed, or Dublin Airport which is also an international border of course.

We didn't build it, we stole it by force but were subsequently forced to give it up by the USA.

Probably hard to get there without crossing any other borders.

(I suppose a deLorean might manage. :) )

Mind, I did once see something like a Ferrari being loaded onto an aircraft - at Dubai, if I remember correctly.
