He deserves respect.

This:

"I think he [Farage] will get lots of votes from shaven headed, goaty bearded, fat necked Brexit dads who still believe in his stories"

Is not respect.
Where is the connection? what if he fits the description, what then? why does he deserve respect for holding an opinion? any fool can have one.

Good analogy, but they can’t even tell you what’s bad about the “bad neighbourhood.” Totally clueless and drifting from one “next best thing” to another.
I watched my friend Charles in 'Escape to the country' yesterday on BBC1. He and his wife want to move to Suffolk. Like me, he found Southend-on-Sea not great but can't quite explain why and the main reason given on TV is for their dog, Southend's beaches are no go for their dog half of the year, in the tourist season.
What's wrong with the neighbourhood? could it be increased traffic noise, the dilapidated shops, uneven pavements, or just too many people. You name it.

You read the Mueller report yet?
You mean the one that says the USA is run by an imbecile that has to be prevented from making a fool of himself by staff who have to work against the petulant and spiteful outbursts of the lunatic to protect the nation from his madness?
Yes

Look - what you don't seem to see in yourself - is that you are utterly hooked into trying to justify leaving a winning team for a losing one.

So you go out there and hunt down every speck of evidence to somehow prove that you did the right thing.

So it doesn't matter what I say - or what anybody else says - you simply HAVE to justify your change of mind.

Every post of yours is basically that - on repeat.
Funny you should look for specks of evidence.... Because that is exactly what Apple found. Tiny specks ,ADDED to circuit boards manufactured in China.(Bloomberg oct 2018)

Proving exactly nothing since more people who didn't vote to leave live in the same areas!
I think he looks at his map with a wistful longing for 1949 and is banking on Nigel to take us back there. When proper men wore suits on the beach don’t you know.

Sadly for OJ, I think today’s map will look very different.

And you see no irony in posting this?
"Look - what you don't seem to see in yourself - is that you are utterly hooked into trying to justify leaving a winning team for a losing one. "

And want to leave the winning EU team to become a poor man's Cuba offshore?
The Ada Smith institute want that don't they so they call sell off the NHS?
And all those offshore bank accounts will be protected from tax
Shame the public will suffer.
You need better material if you want to make a convincing argument in favour of Brexit.
For instance how about a plan that guarantees prosperity for the UK people?
Haven't got one have you?

And Handkerchiefs knotted at the corners, good market there for sales to the Brexit Party supporters

Wow! You're an expert on national security too!

Is there no end to your abilities!!?

Bless you and your over-grown mind.
Actually we are, that's why we don't like the agenda of the Adam Smith Institute for instance or trust the Chinese tech firms as far as we can throw them, nor any of the neo fascist right wing factions.
And it only takes average intelligence to come to this conclusion that these groups are acting as our enemies.
Since that is the case why have you failed to do so?

that's not what the conservatives real aim is at.
Conservative membership is about 100,000.
Collectively, they own about half the country's assets but not paying half of the taxes.
The aim of a conservative government is to keep that system going.

Ah. Sweet memories. Thanks OG.

"It is not from the benevolence of the butcher, the brewer, or the baker that we expect our dinner, but from their regard to their own interest."

"No society can surely be flourishing and happy, of which the far greater part of the members are poor and miserable"

"Man is an animal that makes bargains: no other animal does this - no dog exchanges bones with another"

"What can be added to the happiness of a man who is in health, out of debt, and has a clear conscience?"
To live in a Welfare state is the answer, so why are you keen to destroy it?

Where do you think they money for the welfare state comes from?
VAT, Pay as you earn, national insurance, property transfers and inheritance tax.

Certainly not much from tax on dividends or set aside assets where the conservative membership keeps their stash.

It looks like there is another Theresa May inspired disaster looming around the corner. She has give the go ahead for Huawei to build parts of the U.K. 5G data network. This goes against strong advice from 5 other countries who we are in a security alliance with and some of our own security experts. Her decision is said to be damaging the trust and confidence in the U.K.

I wonder what’s causing her to repeatedly make such terrible decisions. Stubbornness? Ignorance? Simply buying the cheapest? Having her strings pulled by people who stand to gain?

The woman is a disaster zone. I can’t think of anything that she has been involved in which hasn’t suffered and become worse as a result. What a legacy.
Thats unfair. She has, practically single handedly, scuppered brexit. And made the tories look bad (against opposition like corbyn). And with some luck will make them split by clinging to power. That i think takes a kind of self destructive genius regular disasters like grayling can only dream of.

Great. A map of where the fat-necked, triple chinned, shaven headed, lager sodden, goaty bearded Brexit dads live. Useful.

Is a Brexit Dad like a poor gammon? If so brace yourself.

Pork is coming.

Farage will win by a landslide. Out goes any hope of a second referendum. The EU will be the ultimate reason for us leaving with no deal.

Exciting times!

Time will tell us if you are correct. I can’t predict what will happen, but can predict how I will vote.

If your prophecy is correct, I can also have a good guess at who will be bleating the loudest when the leased car is seized, the banks end zero percent balance transfers on the plastic and the mortgage on the four bedroom with master en-suit becomes unaffordable. The beer sodden, fat headed, triple chinners is a fair bet. The very people who need to keep their noses to the grindstone in employment, so they can outrun the credit. Harsh lessons for them looming I fear.
