I am convinced you have cataracts.

Go back and read the bit in the post where I said this actual quote.

Liam Fox is a bigger liar than Tom.

Did you get a brain injury in the war?
But you also gave this as your opinion

"Anyone that genuinely needs to know this for their business. I can tell you on my mothers life that Liam Fox believes no deal is the outcome. Use this info as you see fit. We are on course for no deal.

Even making allowances for your limited intelligence you should have realised my comment was directed at you not him...
Truly you get worse

I truly believe worms have crawled up your nose and eaten your wits.

Coloured?

How ******* old are you?

Jesus
Not as old a Jesus, but old enough to remember the black and white minstrel show on the black and white telly ...not coloured telly, and to have an elder sister who collected the Robinson Golliwog badges from jars of marmalade.
Can we not just put this topic to rest. My advice was given in good faith, and is that unless one has the appearance commonly associated with people from Galway or the Shires, it might be a good idea to carry identifying documentation, like utility bills, if one does not have a passport.

realism seems to return slowly with the EU's no deal planning.

The ROI would uphold the Common Travel Area between the UK and Ireland, ensure there is no return of physical checks on the border between the Republic and Northern Ireland.

I wonder how long will the EU allow the NI border to remain like it is at the moment.
Sorry Woosh, but the common travel area and a physical border are two separate things. There is and was a physical border for the checking of all goods up until the EU single market. All the lorries moving north and south were checked. There were que at custom clearance stations and a well established parasite community of customs clearance agents.
The Common travel area is about having rights for UK persons to reside and settle in RoI and vice versa. In other words a mini common market confined to the jurisdictions of Scotland, Wales, England, IoM , Channel Is. and Ireland. There would have been close alignment with the income tax codes and double taxation agreement's.

apparently, the ROI says that there won't be physical checks on their side.
I wonder how long before the EU would ask the ROI to set up physical checks.

Under the disaster of a no deal Brexit, .. I would expect there to be checking starting by 14 Feb. . It would take that length of time to see and respond . If there is no evidence of the UK side renaging on the current free travel, free trade ,then the honeymoon might last longer, but the first shipment of dodgy US or Argentine beef, and all bets are off. Think how long it took the East German border to collapse.
A physical infrastructure actually exists on the main Belfast Dublin road, with disused laybyes and huts. Likewise for railway traffic. So there are no requirement for compulsory purchase orders.

I got the impression that BSA had unilateraly decided that the term coloured was offensive. I just googled BSA to find out who they were.

If the term is offensive, then that’s fair enough and a good reason not to use it.
Offensive to who? This has all gotten SO out of hand. What's the hell is wrong with saying somebody is black - or fat - or whatever. The snowflakes are taking over. Whatever happened to sticks and stones may break my bones but......

I like you and would have a drink with you.

But coloured has become an offensive term.

Like it or not. It’s become offensive. Other words have too tillson.

Sometimes I know you say it for effect but it doesn’t help.
"Coloured has become offensive". The world has gone f*****g mad.

Imagine what will happen if this inspires other idiots to do the same!
Health and safety out of control. I bet one of those Jet engines could eat-up and spit out one of those drones. They can handle up to 5 birds and once so I read once - its only a full flock they struggle with. One Drone? No problem. Unless you're a Remainer - then EVERYTHING IS A PROBLEM.

Here I agree with you. She's cornered herself and has no options but to stick to her guns or resign.
.
Or revoke Art 50.....if she is going to fall might as well go down in glory, she is a Remainer at heart....the House is full of Remainers on both sides it should get through a vote, the ERG would be balanced by Labour Remainers, wonder what Corbyn would do????
Would May be a national hero or a traitor.???

What the hell has being a Remainer got to do with a drone getting eaten by a jet engine. Oxygen James you really have lost it ,if you really think that sending up a jet that might suck in a drone is ok...

BBC says:
Flights from the UK into and overflying the EU to be allowed for 12 months to ensure "basic connectivity"

However, if I heard correctly, no EU to EU links - hence, no Heathrow to Frankfurt to Athens service.

The impact of this I do not know - anyone knowledgable about air transport?

The Guardian's article says:

British airlines would have the right to fly point to point, eg London to Paris and back, but would lose rights to fly between EU airports.

The EU document is here:

https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/com-2018-890-final.pdf
Most of the UK airlines fly UK-EU-UK,Easy jet have some EU domestic routes-which is why they set up Easyjet-EU based in Austria. Ryanair is ok because its Irish,RYR has a lot of EU-EU flights.
Vueling do a lot of EU-EU flights but they are owned by British Airways but through the old Iberia.
I dont know any UK airlines that do domestic EU flights.
It should not really be a problem.
This is according to my son,a Ryanair captain.
