I reckon we will. From outside, voters will be less inclined to believe the Daily Express version of the EU and appreciate what the EU can do for us a little more.

2) JRM for PM?
3) extending A50 and new election?
I reckon TM would win.

You're just making this up as you go along, aren't you? 'If you ask people'…….? Any of us could invent specific questions designed to produce a particular response.
Over the next days and weeks, a clearer picture will emerge and it would be a brave government that continues to refuse the public another opportunity to have their say in a similar manner to the method which caused this nonsense in 2016.

The other side of the argument is deeply dissatisfied they can only get the only Brexit ever realistically available to them; where the EU gains control and we give up control for us to remain close to the most important trading relationship we have.
From rule-making to rule-taking in a stay, pay and obey Brexit where we are subject to the EU’s economic structures without having any say in them.
They should now blame the liars who served them with delusions and falsehoods.
Clearly, the 'deal' that has emerged from the protracted discussions in Brussels is a wholly unsatisfactory hotchpotch, accepted my May and Co as the closest they will ever get to achieving secession from the EU other than just crashing out. It is being presented only because the government has nothing else and it is all about May's ego now. She has to go.

Let imagine that the original decision to join the EU (EEC) had not passed and we had spent all those years since as an independent UK off the coast of Europe (apologies Ireland - not meant to ignore you).
We would have ended up following many technical standards and making many deals to manage tax, etc. Would we actually have had any meaningful enhancement of the UK as contrasted with actually joining?
We would be living on handouts and charity,which is the fate the Referendum has thrust on us
I'm afraid that 'Woosh' has produced so many alternative scenarios ever since he joined this thread that in the end, one of them will turn out to be close to the reality of 'Brexit'. Talk about hedging one's bets!

similar questions are asked by pollsters before: No deal (implying JRM becomes leader of the conservatives), TM's deal and no brexit.
No brexit implies fresh GE because the current MPs can't do that.
The difference is only TM's deal is currently on the table, the other two are just possibilities. Most voters are brexit fatigued, they'd rather go for a reasonable plan than no plan or back to square 1.

I have only suggested one scenario: EFTA membership. The current deal is close to the Norway model.
None whatsoever! It is only our membership of the EU that has saved this country from going bust completely. I don't know if you are old enough to remember our currency devaluation or being bailed out by the IMF but the UK had become a basket case by the mid-1970s.
Any sensible parliament would have seen the challenges that lay ahead and would have invested in our industries but our salvation was to be 'Thatcherism' and that entailed a 'Live for today' culture with 'Greed is good' being the mantra in the City of London.
A selling-off of all our publicly-owned utilities followed and today, the cupboard is bare. Perhaps the only thing left that can be realistically flogged to the highest bidder is the NHS.
The bottom line to these events is that we're stuffed, thanks to the policies of the tories in blue plus the 'lite' variety that has held sway since 1979. Out of the EU, the British public will pay for the folly born out of the greed of the political parties which only represent the interests of the British establishment.
