And you are not going to find those qualities in many people are you?
it's long but not difficult to understand. The number of subjects is vast, so each one only receives cover for the essential points.

The European Union
Trump tweeted "MAKE FRANCE GREAT AGAIN!" and some bright spark replied "We're on it bro!" with a photo of the French team holding up the World Cup at the end of the game :) I quite liked that.

most of it is already known as BRINO.
There is a short 7-page political declaration here:

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/756378/14_November_Outline_Political_Declaration_on_the_Future_Relationship.pdf

it basically says brexit if left to TM will be like the Norway model.
The Daily Express is strangely quiet this morning.

The big surprise is May accepting the equivalence clauses, which will ruin the City
Even if this so called agreement gets through Parliament, her paymasters are (assuming Putin isn't the main one) going to be happy about that

I'll bet the U.K. will press for changes to the equivalence system to ensure the EU cannot easily revoke firms’ access to do business in the bloc.

And that will make sure this so called agreement runs on to the rocks, sooner rather than later.

The only interpretation I can put on that is this
May knows this deal will not be accepted by the HOC, will result in a referendum and she can play that as a "Get out of Jail Free" card.

Guardian reports:

Keir Starmer calls the agreement a 'miserable failure of negotiation'

Keir Starmer, shadow Brexit story is speaking to BBC 5Live now and he’s coming out all guns blazing.

“We’ve read and analysed all 585 pages, it’s a miserable failure of negotiation.”

He says there are pages and pages of detail about the backstop “which the government says it doesn’t intend to use.”

“But for the future relationship, what it does intend, it’s seven pages, it’s vague in the extreme. And only three pages on the economic agreement.”

“We talk about blind Brexit. This about the blindest of blind agreements. This is much vaguer than a lot of the speeches the prime minister has given.”

I agree that she does not expect this to pass as is. But whether she gets the chance to do anything else at all, other than gardening, is a question that needs answering.

her deal will not please neither the ERG nor the remainers but acceptable to most voters.
TM has only to spell out that if MPs reject it, she has no other choice than calling a new GE. That's why I think the ERG will rather abstain than vote against.

Strange too that she signed up to something she wanted out of
she has no other choice. The EU creates the bar that any country wanting to be at the top table needs to be judged by. The UK needs to re-affirm that it will not lower those standards. That does not stop the HoC to make some changes after the transition finishes.

Acceptable to most voters?
Apart from the 49% Remain and
51.5% Leave voters.......
Are those the voters you mean?

JC sounded shallow yesterday at PMQ.
TM did most of the leg work and came very, very close to what a Labour's deal would look like.
He (JC) could have been a little more gracious. He looked like an old angry man.
Time for him to consider retirement.
