So we'll get millions of Christmas micro-spreader events, "Following the science", which Boris says states that Omicron is also deadly? Mid Jan will look much more alarming, even if Omicron turns out to be less deadly.

Retired teachers should welcome the opportunity to answer the government's call, to teach in Covid filled classrooms and die gloriously for the cause... but only those who voted Tory. ;)
The classroom needs You. Just needs another Kitchener to point the finger... Wouldn't have quite same affect with Starmer..
Yes, it might look worse in January but however it looks we won't have locked down and any "not as bad as expected" stats will be attributed to vaccine and Boris' delivery there of.
Threatening to lockdown is just that. No way he will. He'll be out if he does.

What I meant by "Effect on my brain", was the effortless concentration which nicotine affords, when consumed in sufficient quantity. A friend who plays chess swears by smoking a cigar or two before every match, says the same. His memory is freakish - claims to recall every move of every game he's ever played.
How do you balance slow running yet still puffing away on a vape? Seems rather incongruous. Thought they, d proved vaping comes with its own set of consequences??
Chuck the vape away, you might not have to slow run??
Or are you loading magnesium citrate in it.

I was a rabid chainsmoker, and old habits die hard. I doubt that I'm getting much nicotine - each vial contains 16mg in total and lasts 5 days, which leaves the lung plasticisation issue. I'd need to slow run regardless to improve the state of my arteries. My bike doesn't exercise me enough and if I lower it's (max) assistance settings, that increases knee problems, and slow running is good for the knees (in my experience). Yes I must give up vaping, and with my raw garlic regime keeping chest tightness at bay, I hope to gradually put that habit to bed too.

If so, maybe that Huawei with the optical zoom which uses some vertical length of the phone body via a small reflective mirror, periscope style? Or otherwise some other monster zoom phone camera. That'd be a good vantage and view for a security camera on a pole, and the high end models use phone camera sensors - Sony Exmor sensors for instance, are found in scanners, webcams, action cameras etc.
That’s my guess. Sardine Huawei is him wot done it from the toilet window of Number 11.

I'm following the science on Magnesium Citrate, I have no idea if it will have any effect whatsoever but I've read that it can reduce muscle cramps - my damn calf muscles keep going into convulsions when I'm trying to sleep... let's see if it works for that. The raw garlic is working well, but it always does whenever I get tightness in my chest. But then I stop after awhile, and the tighness slowly returns after a few months. Anything to avoid taking pharmaceuticals for as long as possible. About the same time that my doctor told me I should take statins, a client received the same advice. My client cycled 2000 miles within three months and lost 4 stones (he flatly refused to change his diet). I didn't recognise him after his weight loss. But then he complained at the prospect of keeping that level of physical activity up indefinitely, gave up, and is now on statins. He's alive, and very very fat once again. I mean, like Giant Haystacks fat.

Simultaneous cabinet (chaired by Johnson) and public session (by Whitty/Vallance) in a minute.

“Two o’clock, and all’s NOT well.”

Ooops - It is Whitty/Vallance addressing cabinet - not public. My mistake.

@oyster

The client who suffered a stroke: When I last talked with him two years ago, he mentioned a troubling area of dry skin on his neck - hypothyroidism symptom? He felt sure it was caused by smoking, which is when I recommended vapes as a means of quitting.
There are some odd inter-relationships between thyroid and smoking. A significant number of people get diagnosed hypothyroid after they give up smoking. It sometimes appears that smoking masks hypothyroid symptoms.

Complex and not fully understood.

I was looking forward to another free degree, I mean a Corbyn government. University pay has skyrocketed since tuition fees. Maybe a public with cheaper access to science education would be less deceived by misinformation. Mind you, headless chickens are more predicable.

I tried tablets for 4 months or so.. Did sweet FA, apart from stomach pain now and again.
I, m doing minimum of 100km per week on ebike. (did 140 last week)... Eat as much as I want. Weight steady but high. (105kg)..Even had meat pie from sarnie shop at Lady Bower.. Was superb.
I, ve worked out even small amounts of alcohol cause worse AF symptoms. Don't drink at all now. (I used to live in a pub)
Ran my exercise regime past witch doctor. Great he said. Go for it. Think he, s expecting me to keel over middle of moors. So be it.
I, ll have a full stomach tho.

I also am victim to the calf muscle cramp.. extremely painful , and requires the entire weight of the body to break the spasm. Comes when least expected . I think it is blood flow related,.. You might need to review your statin phobia.

GI Joe .. perhaps you should read the report s you proudly proffer... That report for AZ lists 12 deaths where the Vaccine was a probable cause.
Hmmm. Apologies if I've misread it. Where is it where it says 12 ?
Read the tables...
So I've gone back and looked at the tables in the document I posted (its been updated slightly):

Link

I still don't see where you claim it only says 12 deaths where the Vaccine was a probable cause.
I see that the very first table, that is BLOOD DISORDERS ONLY has 12 as a total, but that would imply that you are so incompetent, you are unable to read the whole of the document, where there are numerous OTHER sections, such as the next one, which is Cardiac Disorders, with 169 deaths. etc etc, leading to a final tally of 1149 total fatal outcome reports.
Surely you're not THAT stupid? There must be another explanation that I'm missing.

So I politely ask again - where does it say '12 deaths where the Vaccine was a probable cause'

I'll have to ease up on my anti-pharma medication stance at some stage, but I've lost over 3 stones since my state approved professional quack told me I needed statins (he had to say so, given my blood pressure, BMI, ager and overall state of health) and for awhile I was doing well (pre-pandemic) slow jogging - I agree that the calf muscle cramps are blood flow related, and I'm trying to recall if those abated when I slow jogged regularly about two years ago. I suppose if I fall silent permanently on these forums, you can assume I'm dodo, and that it happened during a slow jog. My doctor is much happier now, hasn't mentioned that I need statins.
Except, despite having very low cholesterol, I too get calf-muscle and foot-arch cramp. Yet another oft-reported symptom that some appear to get from being hypothyroid.

I must get a blood pressure monitor but I keep forgetting, in the rush to get work done - my last two recent blood pressure readings at hospital were: 118/68, 117/61. Before my weight loss and slow jogging, that first number was something like 163, but I can't recall the exact numbers - I really should have noted them. The nurse was worried, kept telling me to relax and took three readings on that occasion.

The only time a blood test shows that my cholesterol is high, is if I had eaten butter, cheese or meat the night before, otherwise it's always shown as low. I might have some difficulty metabolising animal sourced saturated fats for some reason these days, it's a pity it's all so delicious. Chest pains do seem to have increased with regular pizza and roast meat suppers... They reduce with raw garlic and beans.
