that's not the case at the moment though. Our government decides who gets called and where the vaccines go. If 7000 people turn up where 10,000 doses were prepared, whose fault is that?Say for example we had capacity to vaccinate 10000 people per hour, but for various reasons only 7000 per hour from the priority groups were presenting themselves for vaccination. That leaves a spare vaccination capacity of 3000 shots per hour. It would be criminal not to use that spare capacity until all of the most vulnerable groups had been vaccinated.

The 3000 who didn’t show up?that's not the case at the moment though. Our government decides who gets called and where the vaccines go. If 7000 people turn up where 10,000 doses were prepared, whose fault is that?
How do you encourage everyone to both believe that and adhere to it?Seems only sensible course of action is to carry on behaving as if you, ve had no vaccination, whether you, ve had one or two.
Not if they don't have transport, couldn't arrange transport, were let down by transport. Which are all too likely in the very oldest groups. The 3000 who didn’t show up?
the 3000 was given in your example, you said:The 3000 who didn’t show up?
A more sensible approach is to prioritise the available doses to doctors surgeries instead of big companies cashing in the £12.58 per jab fees.Say for example we had capacity to vaccinate 10000 people per hour, but for various reasons only 7000 per hour from the priority groups were presenting themselves for vaccination. That leaves a spare vaccination capacity of 3000 shots per hour.
No idea. How do you get folk to be sensible? If we could answer that we, d be wealthy..How do you encourage everyone to both believe that and adhere to it?
Don't think surgeries could possibly vaccinate all population in time available..the 3000 was given in your example, you said:

of course not. Hospitals are good for the Pfizer vaccines, doctors surgeries and pharmacies are good for the over 80, contractors can be hired to go to the care homes and to visit those who can't get out of their homes. After that top tier, we can have the self booking system like we do with covid tests.Don't think surgeries could possibly vaccinate all population in time available..
Its kinda cold at this time of year, but a 100 mile dog sledge will cool his ardour. The people are hardy enough , its those dogs I would be sorry for. That would be really awful for the people of Nome, I quite enjoy watching the Gold Divers series on the Discovery channel, I wouldn't want Trump sticking his nose into the Gold mining business
albeit I expected that, I was surprised to read that those who had received their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine had a six- to 12-fold increase in antibodiesThe Guardian now have the Israeli/Pfizer story.
