1 cube of beef bouillon
1 clove of garlic

Cover and soak cat roast in salt water for 24 hours. Drain water and then cover and soak in beer for 6 hours. Drain and place in crock pot with your cans of soup. Add a clove of garlic, and a cube of beef bouillon. If you start to slow cook your cat in the morning with your George Foreman Cooker (or it's ilk), you'll have finely cooked feline in time for supper.
If a slow cooker is not available, a cat can be baked at 350 degrees for 2-3 hours in a conventional oven and still come out pretty good. However there are additional facts you need to appreciate.Details on the ramifications of the incoming `No deal` include the denial of the UK as a land bridge between Eire and the continent , why this rat-run was ever allowed in the first place is incomprehensible. Let them take the ferry.

Irish Air Force on high alert for a No Deal Brexit
1. Coast Guard duties have been shared between both jurisdictions for decades . With RAF Valley in Wales helping support ASR on the UKs West Coast and Ireland's East coast and of course the Irish Coast guard can and does assist. However this is balanced by the Irish Aer Corps and Coastguard providing services into the Atlantic .
2. Drug and smuggling interdiction in the Atlantic is carried out by 24 hour surveillance by Irish Aer Corps for both jurisdictions. Actual seizures are carried out by the Irish naval service.
3 . High speed interception of Russian ( well of course) aircraft is carried out by RAF, but they will be using data supplied from our West Coast Radar stations. They normally fly from Scotland
3a . I am not aware of any services provided by the RN .. except the high speed reverse towing of our fishing vessels by submarines. Not to be recommended,as the bow is pointed and higher than the stern for a reason.
4. The Landbridge between Ireland and the continent ..which I believe you call Wales and England, was a nice little earner for the ports of Holyhead and Pembroke, is lessening in importance, as Irish exporters cannot justify the potential added delays, and new direct ferries to Roscoff, Cherbourg and now Calais are starting up. The Calais route, to be run by the Danes, is interesting is it makes Poland and Germany accessable within the tachometer range of a single day. The Landbridge route exceeded the limits.
5. Although you did not mention it, Shannon and Prestwick control the airspace over the North Atlantic to the USA. Its called Shanwick in airline parlance. And linked is that Ireland provides a significant amount of the UKs Met data.

The port is Pembroke Dock! Pembroke is a little way down the road. (Though the dock is managed as part of Milford Haven.)
