Say what you like about The Donald, he is a crazy bastard, but he's going to win. Simple fact is he is popular with Americans and his popularity is still sufficient to get him over the line for a second term. That's just the way it rolls.
The way I figure it is that I'd be surprised if many of the people that voted for him last time would vote against him this time. Last time, he didn't have the black, nor the Latino vote, but now there are significant numbers of supporters from those groups. Now we have Ice Cube and 50 cent telling people to vote for him. Also, just about all the left wing political commentators, like Tim Poole, Styxhexenhammer666, Dave Rubin, Ben Shapiro all said they voted against Trump last time, but will vote for him this time. For Christ's sake, even Johnny Rotten has said he's going to vote for Trump.

In fact I haven't heard of a single person that said they voted for him last time, but won't this time.

You only have to look at the Rallies. Trump gets thousands and Biden gets dozens.

All that was before the incriminating evidence in the laptop turned up. Biden is hiding in his basement to avoid all the difficult questions about it. More bombshells are about to be dropped about that laptop. This isn't going to end well for Biden.

It doesn't make sense that the Dems proceeded with Biden as their Presidential candidate, when he's clearly suffering from late stage dementia. There's some skulduggery going ion in the democratic party. I wonder how many others have been compromised.

I just read that the New York Post has now repudiated the story!
Oh dear VFR will be so disappointed, I wonder if soundwave would be willing to buy his huge stash of popcorn that he bought recently for half price, or perhaps trade it for a couple of well read porn mags;)
if you're talking about the article in the independent, they didn't repudiate the story. That article was typical disinformation, bringing in all sorts of irrelevant information, when all it was really about was why somebody's name wasn't recorded in the byline. If you read to the end:
"A spokeswoman for the New York Post said the paper stands by the story. The story was vetted and The Post stands by its reporting, she said. "

you should also look at the polls in early voting.
Biden clearly leads in all the swing states, even if the polls make 3%-4% errors, only 2 large states are on knife edge: Florida and Texas. In Florida, Biden has a small lead but big enough to be pretty sure he'll win it, in Texas, Trump may win but the margin is so small that he may very well lose.
Whichever way, Trump remains the worst US president there is to date.
Biden does not have to do the running. Trump shoots himself all by himself. Biden only has to stick to 'I am not Trump' to get 50% of the votes.
Many traditional republicans wonder why they let him in the White House in the first place.

Is it the case that Manchester are now harvesting the crop of misery from the seeds of recklessness they sowed during the summer? I think so.

The Tier 3 measures are intended to keep people alive. Why is Burnham resisting them? I think he’s dropped a massive clanger. He’s going to kill people and he’s left the goal wide open for Johnson to put that one in the back of the net.

Shut up, shut down and then talk about the money.

1. Yes. Confirmed by the Director of National Intelligence, who also confirmed that there's no Russian disinformation involved.
2. Yes, I've been there.
3. Impossible to say because Biden is hiding in his basement. His campaign have said that he's not coming out until Thursday for the debate, which is going to be very very interesting - worth waiting up for.
Yes the laptops exist. But were they ever the property of any Biden?. The response you gave by DNI really was overegging the pudding. It was of the" We have no actionable information AT PRESENT" type
The receipt published in the Mail is laughable

Coronavirus advice being ignored by almost a quarter of 25 to 34 year-olds

British voters do not trust Boris Johnson and his health secretary Matt Hancock to beat coronavirus, according to a new survey – and less than a quarter (22 per cent) think it would be reasonable for ministers to expect them to keep obeying restrictions on their social and economic lives beyond the spring.

More than a quarter of those questioned (26 per cent) said that their household incomes had gone down as a result of the outbreak.

Also found out last night that govt is only giving schools £80 per pupil extra funding to help them catch up.

More and more Coronavirus cases popping up in primary and secondary schools local to me, along with staff off sick.

Now we have Ice Cube and 50 cent telling people to vote for him.
VFR400 , Eric Turnip chip off the ol' block, is messing with your head...

As the election reaches the final twists and turns, both parties are keen to show off their celebrity fans.

The Trump campaign looked liked they’d scored two A-listers when Eric Trump, son of the US president, posted a photo of rappers Ice Cube and 50 Cent in “Trump” hats. He wrote: “Two great, courageous, Americans!”

Only problem is – the photo has been manipulated.

Ice Cube posted the original picture in July this year, wishing 50 Cent a happy birthday. Both caps unadorned with the surname of the president.

But in the photo posted by Eric Trump, the word “Trump” has been added to both caps, suggesting both rappers support the president.

The photo - since deleted - went up the day after 50 Cent indeed appeared to endorse Donald Trump after criticising Joe Biden’s plan to raise taxes on the highest earners.

However, Ice Cube told his followers on Twitter recently that he’d been approached by both campaign teams to work on his “Contract With Black America”, which looks at racial inequality.

He said that the Democrats told him they’d address it after the election, but the Trump campaign had “made some adjustments to their plan after talking to us.”

But this was not an endorsement, and Ice Cube told CNN he’s open to working with both parties.

"I'm not playing no more of these political games, we're not part of a team ... so I'm going to whoever's in power and I'm going to speak to them about our problems.”

They have receipts - one for the repair of the laptop and one from the FBI when he handed it over. Interestingly, the FBI guy was from the child porn squad, which adds credence to the story about child porn on the laptop:

From Politico:
"More than 50 former senior intelligence officials have signed on to a letter outlining their belief that the recent disclosure of emails allegedly belonging to Joe Biden’s son “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”"

Note that they have dropped the "dis" from information. A lot of people missed that.

Nice try, but there are Youtube videos from both of them individually advocating for Trump.

Perhaps we should deal with facts not fiction when discussing Donald Trump.

He incredibly rich, a multi billionaire: Well no he's not, forget about the cars' helicopters & office towers they may have his name on the side but they are not his personal property. He might say ' what if you could have it all , but in his case he hasn't, if fact by his own admission he's in mortgage debt. I'm not, I own nothing trump owes 400m Dollars and also he's been bankrupt twice ! a poor President as well as a poor businessman, not a lot going for him is there. He's not a Politician nor is he a Republican that's why so many fellow Republicans in the house won't vote for him this time preferring to concentrate on Congress. So far he hasn't quite managed to wreck America but he's after changing the Constitution and his fellow Americans won't let that happen, that one thing may seal his fate.
Any American who spreads lies about one of his own thus putting their life in jeopardy is a very dangerous individual indeed not worthy of Presidential status.

Steve Bannon has just been on fox News saying that there's much more to come that shows Biden's dealings with China and images of depravity. The presenter asked whether it would be out before the election. He said that it'll all be out in the next 24-48hrs so that Biden will have to answer for it before a global audience at the debate. Any bets on whether the debate will be cancelled at the last moment?

They've hatched a plan to try and protect Biden by muting Trump's mic, but the Trump camp say that it won't work. Traditionally, the third debate is about foreign Policy, but the debate commission have suddenly decided not to have that as the topic. Hello!!!! I'm not going to miss this for anything.

I watched Trump's rally last night. It was so much fun. It was funnier than any stand-up that I've seen. The crowd have all sorts of ready made chants just waiting for Trump to cue them up. You've got to hand it to Trump, he knows how to put on a show. The event reminded me of Friday Freds at uni, when we watched Tom and Jerry cartoons, and everybody cheered for the cat and booed the mouse while chucking paper aeroplanes at the screen.

Have a look at the Biden rallies. It doesn't look like anybody's enjoying themselves except the distant Trump supporters shouting, "4 more years".

I want Trump to win just so we can keep all this going. It's going to be really boring if he loses.

I agree vfr Trump is the funniest man in the world, they used to say Chaplin was now move over it's the President.
That's where nearly everyone gets him wrong he's just a funny guy having a laugh, he's not serious about his position. At his next televised appearance observe him very closely, he slowly plods out on stage because he's an overweight dollop (he always reminds me of Yogi bear) then he starts laughing. Notice how he then points to a few people and acknowledges their presence... well actually he's not ! If you view video taken of him from different angles you'll become aware he's just pointing randomly at no one in particular, kind of a tick he has. Then he gives a thumbs-up, another twitch just random gestures. Comedians do the same thing you can read him like a book ... George Burns lives :D
Someone told me if he wins he won't be President in four years time, that's a shame who will take his place ?
In the US they had a fact checking exercise, every time Trump made a statement they checked it out to see if it was true and it turned out 96% of what he came out with was incorrect. Sums the guy up really, quite a good comedy act but defo not a politician, he hasn't conned me so don't let him con you.

Just been reminded of this:

“I can confirm today that for the first time, we are past the peak of this disease. We’re past the peak and we’re on the downward slope, and we have so many reasons to be hopeful for the long term,” Johnson said.
https://in.reuters.com/article/health-coronavirus-britain-idINKBN22C33K

That was 30th April 2020. Shouldn't we now be in an even better place by mid/end of October?

Odd you seemed to forget to quote this part in your reply:

11th Oct > IC > "I don't trust none of them. No president has done right by us so I don't trust none of them. So putting our hopes and dreams behind any of them just don't work, we got to make them do what we want them to do and there's only a few ways to do that," Jackson said.

Many left wingers are saying that they don't like Trump, but they're going to vote for him as the best of the two. It's a case of how much you lose when each wins. 50c and Ice Cube are multi-millionaires. They don't like the idea of taxes going up to 62% under Biden, neither do the black guys like the way the BLM movement has been taken over by white communists:
