No its idiots and mongs. Idiots holding parties and mongs revelling in the streets.
It was better in the old days in Hull
We didn't have "parties"
Just simple street fights and riots, all carried out "proper" on Friday and Saturday nights.
If you called the police they would give the following excellent advice
Ring us back again when the noise subsides and we'll collect the usual suspects.
They'll be safe with us
Well, that's until their wives come to get them in the morning, or the boats are due to sail on high tide, and the Skippers came to claim back their crews.

I just read that the New York Post has now repudiated the story!
Oh dear VFR will be so disappointed, I wonder if soundwave would be willing to buy his huge stash of popcorn that he bought recently for half price, or perhaps trade it for a couple of well read porn mags;)

I'm hoping our government might read this piece in the Guardian about how Germany is dealing with the virus, in particular I would like BJ and Trump to read the last sentence of the article.
"What is disgraceful is excessive self-confidence, self-righteousness or dishonesty towards fellow human beings.

..I would be embarrassed to be seen watching it ..but must admit on the few times I have succumbed, I found things to chuckle about. Maybe I am not a highbrow as I imagine.
Half an hour of painfully tedious garbage for the odd chuckle? Not a bargain in my opinion.

May I recommend family guy? Completely vulgar and I find an utter relief after a day in an incestuous, contrived nhs work environment. The only downside is that it can make one wonder why one does what one does? Why one doesn't just say **** it all like family guy and set oneself free from the life one created.

Well Ireland has just introduced a 6 week lockdown. . Back to the 5km cycles and very limited shopping. .. although I wasn't doing much anyway. This time there will be on the spot fines .. although its hard to see how that will work. ,As the range of essential workers has been increased

The second biggest error of judgement, the first being the care home debacle was " masks don't work so don't bother " there again with half the country not bothering or finding an excuse not to wear one you can't really pin that one on the Gov.

One must agree with one on this one. Does one know if it’s on BBC one, because one‘s preference for the furnishing of televisual delight is manifestly BBC one?

In addition to useless government, our problems are compounded by the population generally acting like arse-holes and their guts turning to jelly over the prospect of having to place a piece of tissue over their mouths. The same happens when they are asked to adopt other simple, non-disruptive measures. “It’s affectin’ me mencal elf” is our battle cry, it’s pathetic, these people are disgusting.

If they are so averse to mask wearing, should they be banned from flying. Just in case, you know, oxygen masks are required due to a de-pressurisation event. No (inhalable) anaesthetics for operations? And if they actually get Covid-19 and their oxygen saturation drops, ???

(Yes, there will be some who really do have issues.)

Mind, I do wish shops which offer hand sanitiser would not use perfumed products. I find my hands absolutely stink sometimes - not the alcohol, etc., but the added perfume. WHO recommend no perfume... I'd rather use my own!

If it left to me these people would be wearing masks fed with carbon-monoxide. They are a waste of the Earth’s resources.

There will be some genuine cases, but the restriction on air intake due to a tissue placed over the mouth is so minimal that it’s ludicrous to claim you can’t wear one. These people are weak & spineless, a disgrace.

I agree those are important errors, but in my mind the biggest error of judgement was to ignore all the scientific advice and defer the initial lockdown till 2 to 3 weeks too late. The next biggest is the current one of ignoring the scientific advice and deferring the almost certainly pending circuit breaker (lockdown) .
