They often dress in black, arm themselves with flags with poles that they use as weapons and they cover their faces. Look at your photo. That's right. People have already decided which side they're on. Starting a new party won't change anything with one exception. Tommy Robinson can drag votes off the other parties by his sheer populatity. I can't think of any other UK politician that can draw crowds like he can. He is definitely helping the Brexit side.
Looking at your photo, I'd say that it's just a typical event at Speakers Corner and probably nothing to do with TR. You get these guys just spouting their stuff and holding a placard or similar, and when the far right left wingers turn up, they try to shut them up by intimidation and violence. That's what that photo looks like to me.
you should look at the analyses after TR's shows, see who pays him to stage his shows and what he and is cohorts actually say.
The brawling is only part of the act, it costs us money to police and put the hooligans in jail for a few days but words are more significant than brawling.
