I dont think like i have said it will turn or unscrew, as its part of the throttle, but like you have all said I maybe able to wiggle it out. But will it damage the throttle as dont want that to happen, but I will try a lever on the gap 1st and do it slowly, as it must come out to have end bar mirrors as It would be the best to have as then i wont see my arm in mirror. There's an expanding wedge-bolt arrangement on the inside, which grips the handlebar on the inside when you tighten the screw. If it's not too tight, you should be able to grip the red part with pipe-grips or mole-grips, you can probably wiggle the whole lot out.
If you look at the inboard end of your throttle, where the cable housing is, somewhere there will be a grub screw tightening the collar onto the handlebar. If you loosen this screw you will be able to slide the throttle off the handlebar - hopefully there will be enough spare cable to allow you to do this.
Then you'll be able to look inside the throttle twist grip. I think you'll find that the 'end cap' is merely part of the twist grip moulding and can safely be cut/drilled out, allowing access for a bar end mirror.
This is the type of throttle on my wife's Big Bear (though hers is a right hand one).. It had a moulded end, which was cut off with a junior hacksaw, to fit a bar end mirror. Throttle still operates fully:

How to Turn On the Flash for Your iPhone Camera
Want to force your iPhone to use the flash while you're taking a photo? All you need to do is hit the right toggle in the Camera app.www.makeuseof.com
I'd hold that end cap part in a vice and saw, turn it around a bit, saw, turn, repeat, sawing through the endcap all the way around, then saw through the bolt. Thanks that put on the flash, Well it seems I was right. there is a nut of some sorts in centre holding end piece, as i see now that black centre bit is now looser but need to now find something to hold that nut. long nose pliers thats if i can frigging find them lol always same never find what you want got tons tools lol

Not having any luck here at all its obvious to do with that centre screw above but can I find a pair of long nosed pliers Ive got some but just cant find them, will keep trying maybe a socket set bit
I give up lol as i have tried several sockets on that inside nut or what ever it is but cant seem to find one which will grip it tight
Well in temper lol as no way could I get the frigging end piece off as it was being held inside by some sort of nut. but have now forced end cap off, but now i see the end bit seems to be solid. weird or what, But do you think that end rubber piece can be cut off and also will I now be able to have a end mirror, as it has to be hollow nowI'd hold that end cap part in a vice and saw, turn it around a bit, saw, turn, repeat, sawing through the endcap all the way around, then saw through the bolt.
I don't have a throttle on my bike. If the throttle doesn't work afterwards, replace it with a thumb throttle, if you must have a throttle? Otherwise just replace it with a grip.
I'd drill a hole through the middle of this, put it back on the bike, order a Zefal (I prefer the Dooback II because there's no adjustment needed before a ride, it either snaps to a pre-defined angle which either works for you or doesn't. If it doesn't, you should have bought a Zefal Cyclop. Also because the Dooback II has a larger mirror), then make the hole larger as required for whichever Zefal/other end-bar mirror you've bought, when it arrives. You should be able to make radial cuts through that plastic using a Stanley knife, once it's on the bike, then cut those off, cutting around the innner circumference of the handlebar end.
The Zefal Cyclops has a much better folding mechanism than that one. You can see a bit more with that one, but it's not nearly as convenient as the Cyclops.is this ok above and how do those end mirrors tighten inside handlebar should i have to measure inside 1st
Ok will check them both out when you say the Cyclops is more convenient in what way can you explainThe Zefal Cyclops has a much better folding mechanism than that one. You can see a bit more with that one, but it's not nearly as convenient as the Cyclops.
The Cyclops folds flat on your handlebars, so it doesn't get tangled with other bikes in a bike rack, it doesn't get caught on those stupid barriers they have on cycle paths, nor in narrow gateways, nobody sees it to nick it when you park, and you can fold it out the way to lean your bike against a wall. The folding and unfolding is instant.

It has the same expanding clamp mechanism that all bar-end mirrors have. You push the spiggot into the end of your handlebars and tighten the screw.Ok thats good many thanks so how do the mirror tightens in handelbar and do I need to measure hole
It has the same expanding clamp mechanism that all bar-end mirrors have. You push the spiggot into the end of your handlebars and tighten the screw.
The hole in your handlebars should be around 20mm. It's a standard size for all bnormal bicycle handlebars. If the spiggot on the mirror is a lot smaller, you can wrap something around it to make it bigger. I think the smaller ones normally come with an adapter. The Cyclops will fit your handlebars.
