Battery for Devron 28120 E Bike

Blimey, never expected that, I wonder why it's so expensive. It does look like it may well be the right battery though, with the four off-set connectors.

Too true. Mind you I haven't given up yet; I'll take the battery mounting apart and see what else that may tell us.

Do we know what the other two connectors are for? Temperature monitoring perhaps?

Cost: It says 14.5Ah Panasonic cells. Even so, the whole bike is only 1300 euros.

I've never seen a four-pin connector on a Phylion pack until I just went looking for it (I wasn't even aware there was a revised SF-03 design). The 6-pin wiring config is above; 4-pins? Who knows. That it has a smart BMS doesn't mean the bike is using comms/those extra pins.

Hi all, I've now dismantled the bike's battery holder to reveal the wiring and the controller.
The battery has just two connections.
Please see attached images.

So any generic 36V battery will work, if you can't get identical shape/mount then get creative with a mounting solution. The electrical side just needs those red and black wires connecting between new battery mount and controller.

Excellent, just had a look on ebay and it would appear that I can get a 36V battery and charger for about £225.
Have to chack the fit first, obviously.

I'm just wondering if this clone from Yose would fit? The connection block and case profile looks about right to me. 36v/13Ah, £177 inc. charger here.

Gosh, that looks like it is exactly the same. I have emailed Yosepower and asked them about it.

The Yose Clone battery I linked is described as "Rear Battery for Stella Bike".

If you check the images for the original Phylion/Joycube battery I linked in post #22, you'll find this:



I'd be pretty sure the Yose clone version will fit/work. The Yose clone even claims a Smart BMS (as an original battery has, even though your bike isn't using those features/hasn't got those pins connected).
