Another..Cyclamatic Power Plus Shunt mod...

After reading Fordulike's post, I thought STW I will carry out this mod.
I just cleaned up the shunt with a fibreglass pencil, and duly soldered half the shunt. Did not have enough parts to make leads for my watt meter to test, just took a 'flyer' on it.
I was pleased with the enhanced performance, more 'oomph' from the off, power comes in earlier,pulls better, motor is more audible, an enjoyable 4 mile test ride.

Hi i have one of these and i'm tempted to do what you have done. But i'm not sure where the shunt is located and where to solder or whether it is worth it, is yours still working ?
